How do I fix /biz/
>>60954852Is this the long COVID brain fog?
Knee pads? Jk what kind of work asshole?
>>60954852Spend more time winding down, preferably with something that is the opposite of your work in most regards.
>>60954852get a different job or work less3 days a week is my maximum, failing that one job a day>inb4 how do you afford itfind more affordable living and reign in spending
>>60954852sleep 8 hoursstretch meditate 2 per weeklift weightssupplementsmagnesiumsome adaptogennot medical advice
>>60954985pls add in some hot fanny. can be tight or not, but most important is how willing and experienced. rest will work itself out.
>>60954852Take a vacation or find a hobby that doesn't remind you of work. I'm trying to do the former with my NPC bag, I don't want to do much, just rest my brain
i have constant migraines and cluster headachesi spend 70-80% of my week in painholding down a job under these conditions is severe tortureevery moment of my life is a living helli am practically debilitated but i can't even get disability for it because everyone just assumes it's fakei think about just killing myself every day, i don't see any other way out
>>60954852Become a NEET
>>60955336>i have constant migraines and cluster headachessounds like magnesium and creatine deficiency
quit your job, sleep more.
>>60954852same situation here... trying to cope by caring less about the results. missed a deadline? not my problem
>>60955420I don't want to enable these thoughts, especially with this labor market, but I do fantasize about a long break. Haven't had one since I finished undergrad. Its been all work non-stop for almost a decade, including a period I did a masters and worked at the same time, only to turn around and immediately continue working after. I even got to experience a layoff, only to start working less than a week later. Its nonstop work. I wish I was a FAANG SWE or something ,at least then I'd have the money to do a long break. I am losing my mind. It's so hard to focus at my job.
>>60954852turn that frown upside down mister
>>60954852Take your talents to an organization that helps people or makes the world a better place. I'm lucky to have a job that directly impacts tens of thousands of poor people around the world. So even when I get sick of the typical workplace backstabbing and undermining and stupid shit, its easy to feel reenergized and motivated to get back to work.*Caveat is that I make less money than I would if I did the same thing in a more profit-driven environment, but that's why I spent the past 4 years here learning how to invest. I want to keep my soul pristine while also having a ton of $$$$.
>>60955336I have suspicions that these types of disorders are related to epilepsy, have you ever supplemented magnesium?
>>60954852go full NEET

>>60954852I try to switch off my brain during working hours and pretend that my day only starts when I leave the building. It makes everything feel easier that way, and I no longer get tired when I see charts of my note.fun memecoins, just try to see all this as a tool
>>60956239no but i'll try anything since the alternative is killing myself, my life is so bad it's just hellish.i just went to the store to look at magnesium and they had like 10 different kindsi don't see how it's related to epilepsy other than that is also a neurological issue. i've never had a seizure
>>60954852we all are
>>60954852work
>>60954852went to the gym after work...dont normally go to the shower, and figures the one time i fucking do, i walk in on some dude giving another guy a hot rogan. fucking disgusting.
>>60955336If actual cluster headaches - pain on one side of head, a small amount, about a half a gram, of magic mushrooms before bed each night during the cluster cycle will prevent the headache from occurring for 24 hours. Do you happen to take melatonin? If so stop and never take it again.
>>60957020magnesium l-threonate (best) or magnesium bisglycinate (second best)
>>60960009I never took melatonin. Also I am a complete loner and would not be able to get magic mushrooms. >>60960132Thanks I will look for that tomorrow.
>>60959904>I had to wait for my turnboo hoo nigga
>>60954852Don't work I guess?
>>60960009kys you dumb nigger
>>60955336start fasting, unironically30+ hour dry-fasts will send you into full ketosis and will clear 70% of you72 hours and you're literally rebornalso stop energy drinks, cocaine, whatever other bumfuckshit you're taking
Go see a doctor and pray it work well.
>>60954852Get a severance package
>>60961105fasting makes it worse, not eating seems to be one of the triggers i hate fasttards they blindly think it's a magic cure for everything
>>60954852My job is, objectively, braindead easy. It's WFH too. And it pays relatively well. I still hate it. I seriously think it doesn't matter how simple a job is, it's still something you must do over and over again five days a week (it's six in my case but whatever), after all that you can't avoid kind of hating it after a while. Since I'm wfh I can just play vidya every now and then to keep the shit thoughts away. I sometimes gamble useless, pepe and others, see if I made anything by the time my "shift" is done. Idk man find your piece of peace every day.
