Given the coming torrent of shitcoin ETFs that will give boomers access to the shitcoin casino for the first time, what are your strategies for taking advantage of the inevitable flood of capital that will be moving into the altcoin markets? obviously not every shitcoin will get an ETF, but I think it's safe to say that the biggest players will all get their own, probably more than one depending on how easy it will be to actually launch them. Do you shotgun blast the top 10? Allocate 50% of whatever you're putting into this strategy into the top 10 and then take your best guess at the lower mcap shitcoins? i absolutely despise XRP, but i find it hard to believe they won't use their immense advertising apparatus to separate more fools from their money. I'd bet there will be no fewer than 10 XRP ETFs, just because it's sitting at no3 on the list.

we all know how this will end up: the same thing that happens in the actual shitcoin casino. 99% lose all their money, but they put it there in the first place because they've seen the other 1% make millions. eventually there will be only a handful of ETFs leftover that contain actually useful digital assets, but in the mean time there's serious money to be made off the pump from the initial boomer fomo.

Discuss.

Anyone on hear who knows what the fuck you're talking about it already all-in Link and has most of it staked. We don't even need this ETF announcement, though I suppose it won't do any harm. We're getting announcements like this on a daily basis now, and I'm not batting an eyelid. I'm focussed on Sibos and Smartcon. SEC approving a bunch of derivative bs won't make me change my strategy.
In short: my strategy hasn't changed for 6 years and will likely not ever again.

I'll be able to buy link via etf with a tax rate of only 1% I'm so fucking happy not having to pay 30%, although I'll have to take the tax hit when selling for the etfs
>>
IIRC XRP has like 15 ETFs sitting in a "will they, won't they" standoff with the SEC, most of which have a deadline of late October. If a solid portion of those are de-facto automatically approved because of these rules, it could be a levy break situation where it gets massive first-mover advantage and tons of money flows in all at once.

Disclaimer: I am heavy on XRP. But this has kind of blindsided me and I don't know of another coin that has this many ETFs waiting in the wings all at once.

i mean, obviously. but my position in LINK is already complete, and I do NOT swing it. So the question becomes where to I allocate the $100k or so that I plan on putting into shitcoins to try and capitalize on the bigger fools about to enter the dance.
>>60958025
this is a decent idea, given its usage
>>60958079
yeah, LINK will be one of the few digital assets still around in a decade, but I'm trying to capitalize on the short term pump that this should have on otherwise useless projects. the general public is incapable of doing their research on crypto, so there will be money flying after total shit projects, as long as it's as simple as buying it on robinhood or in their schwab accounts.

i'll definitely be utilizing them to put LINK into my Roth without having to jump through all the hoops I have to to put it there now. I already have several thousand in a Roth courtesy of a checkbook-IRA, but that's a huge hassle. I'll definitely cash them out, send the cash back tto the custodian, then transfer the assets to my Roth at my other, more traditional investment instutution, and then re-buy the LINK via an ETF.

i'll read this shortly, gotta go make lunch for the wife and kiddos. my life is awesome.

It's marketcap is lower than the others too

To be precise, there are 15 ETFs already filled, one live, and I think there will be more than 20. However, I don’t think there will be a significant upside until BlackRock steps in.
> i absolutely despise XRP
Then you should skip XRP and buy shiba, doge and fartcoin.

Former financial advisor here. The smart answer is to shotgun blast the top 10 because that'll make the most predictable and likely good profit..... But my actual advice is to go all in on like 3 things you think will moon and pray. Honestly I think what will happen is we'll have one final big bull run for crypto currency where you can 10 to 40x one last time and then after that it's over for real and I'd sell almost everything for land or small businesses. Boomer money will be the last major I'll run ever and then we're going to get normie 15% YTD kind of results until obscurity.

$XRPR traded $37.7m on day one, which edges out $IVES for the biggest day one (natural) $ volume of any 2025 launch.

As of launch tomorrow, the Grayscale Digital Large Cap ETF will consist of the following (CAN be rebalanced and assets can be added/replaced) per share:
BTC - .00036020 BTC (72.23%)

you are too lost in the sauce, none of that is true, have fun trying to time 500m mcap tokens with "boomer fomo" with *checks notes* MEMECOIN ETFS

Tomorrow as in the impending open that will happen today.

i'm not talking about memecoins like fartcoin or pregnant butt. the question is do you go all into 3 of the top 10, or all of the top 20?
