The only way it's not hell is if you're obsessed with everything medicine related and just absorb the information for fun, and even then it's just bearable. Be ready to sacrifice your entire youth and watch everyone else enjoy their lives while you have to exert yourself constantly for the opportunity to maybe pass your exams. I had to close my drapes this summer so I don't see the beautiful weather outside. Oh and even if you pass everything and have some free time you still get fucked because you're now cursed with nightmares about exams and deadlines. There are better ways to live life.
