>Land cheapies
Land is not cheap, especially with Chinese speculators driving up the price. Also parcels are surveyed and sized such you need to pay the same what you would pay for a house in a mid-size city, which is as fucked if not even more so.

You can get cheap land in coastal regions, just look for idiots trying to sell their "uninsurable" properties because of "rising sea levels"

Stole the Land

No it means you can't build anything on it
>>
Cheap land is usually more trouble than it's worth. You will either be miles from the nearest road, it's all on a slope, no water nearby or underground, etc

>spend a day last weekend on my parents boat
>it hits me that my generation simply won't be able to have these things
>see all these multi-million dollar lake properties
>imagine how fun it must have been to buy one in the 60s for 8k
We are fucking doomed as a society.
