I can't even afford a personal luxury jet or super yacht. I bought a $5 million home away from aspiring doctors and engineers, with 30 acres of land. The other $5 million in fixed income assets barely makes enough to cover living expenses, bills and taxes.
>>61014283Get a job you don't actually need, put all the earnings into shitcoins, hope to make more?
>>61014283Did you inherit those $10M by any chance? You sound like a complete financial midwit
>>61014283How d you make the money? How is the rest not covering expenses?
wow another idiotic bot thread, high quality content
>>61014283>I bought a $5 million home away from aspiring doctors and engineers, with 30 acres of landretard
>>61014292>>61014293Yeah, I got it in a trust. $5 million at 5% interest is only $250k a year. I have to stretch it. I'm too scared to invest it in anything more risky right now with markets so high.
>>61014299Are you saying I should have gotten something smaller?
>>61014302Why buy such expensive house? Isn’t it over kill?
>>61014295Not a bot.
>>61014292>>61014293>>61014299its a larping bot, you stupid fucks
>>61014321>im a broke loser so everyone else must be tooKek
>>61014302I'd buy some bitcorns if and only the price gets below 50k if i were you, which will happen maybe in 12 months from now. I think you fucked up buying a $5M house but hey, you only get to live once. I'm a financial midwit as well but not a complete retard to buy btc near ATH right now. Sounds like you have to stretch it until end of 2026. Not americano, señor or maybe I'd tell you to buy government bonds or low risk investments which may give you nice profits with such huge numbers
>>61014283>Get none of the money my father left because his side of the family claimed it all>Can't get in contact with any of them because my mother hates them>Meanwhile, some trust fund faggot pissed away 5M for a fucking house
>>61014302>has $5m in bondssure buddy
>>61014302you're so stupid, how are poor on $250k a year passive income?
>>61014299whats wrong with that?
>>61014307Of course if you put 5 million away safely and be left over with 5 to spend that's at max a 2.5 million house and 2.5 million back in the market for the long haul so you dont kys in 10 yearsReally op how do you think you'll feel in 10 years when you see what your net worth could have been Also as if the difference between a 2.5 and 5 mil home is so great it isnt like you have to live close to the cagie
>>61014283>I have $10 million and I feel poorAnother larp.Fuck off
>>61014815>I am poor>Hence everyone is poorDo you see the mistake in your logic there anonIn this specific case ops rather poor investment choices really do make him feel poor with 10MM
Hey /biz/ I inherited $1.4bn a few years ago and invested it in a broad market portfolio. Today it's only worth $2.8bn. I don't know how I'm supposed to live off this, I'm barely keeping up with inflation. It feels like house prices have skyrocketed. I used to be able to afford a new house every year but now I'm having to pay upwards of $100m for a good amount of land, 6-7 bedrooms, a commercial kitchen, and staff accommodation. Do you guys have any advice? I really don't want to go back to work, my dad wants me to work for the family business for $80m salary but there's no way I could live on that and I wouldn't be able to spend as much time having fun. Thanks guys, any help is appreciated.
