Instead of selling all my coins to buy gold, I'm going to continue to start buying silver bullion and more old coins. I no longer care about making money off my purchases any longer. I now wish to hoard enormous quantities of silver like a jew.
I have about 400 oz of physical silver, and a lot of positions in mining stocks. I appreciate having productive assets that I can keep on the side so I don't have to sell any of my stack if I don't have to because I have an expendable paper layer on top.
I also understand there is considerable risk in the mining stocks as well though if the system starts breaking to the point of a Mises crack up boom. Confiscation of shares, countries confiscating the producing mines, even possibly not outpacing inflation on the gains if it gets bad enough.
I also have my own property in a lower population density area with about a year's worth of food and a lot of bang bangs. I don't look forward to the world where that's needed but I'd rather have it than not.

Am I gonna make it anons? I started stacking years ago, think 2014. I've got ~2,400oz silver, but only 12oz gold. Both stacks are worth almost double what I paid for them, but nowhere near enough to "make it" currently. I think this is a respectable portfolio, but it still feels like so little.
