The weird thing in my area is: barrel prices are very low. They've stayed low for a year now. The effective price should be like $2.50/2.60 a gallon (midwest). And it tends to drop down to that point. But, periodically, like once a week, ALL gas stations in the area boost their price to $3.20/gal. Every single one. And from there the process continues, price falls naturally, to about $2.70, and then in tandem they all spike it back up again.What kind of price fixing kikery is this?
