My local business is being targeted by a ridiculous client who has left 7 one star reviews. I don't have many reviews so this is more than 10% and is massively affecting the score I have.Yes I can ask people for positive reviews who actually like my business which I've done already but what else can I do about this person?I don't want to do anything illegal but revenge is a must. They also own a restaurant nearby.I know they have posted fake positive reveies for their own business and fake negative reviews for a competitors, plus a few other businesses where they feel they've been slighted. I have reported it to Google but they haven't promised to keep me updated after filling out their Business Redressal Complaint Form

If you have a physical business where customers enter, put up a cute sign pointing out you have a stalker fan that's made multiple fake accounts to give you bad reviews online, and to let your actual service speak for itself. Not a "fix", but it can't hurt, either.
Take a sheet of A4 paper and write that the reviews about you are fake.Place the sheet of paper in your shop window.

if they have a website, say its turkfood.com you can register turkfood.info, turkfood.net and turkfood.org. make websites with similar content to their site but with links to your business.
