Hey guys... so with the result of the SEC case I was reading about how the injunction means that Ripple can only sell xrp to us in the exchanges now unless it wants to register as a security to get its institutional sales back? The ETFs wont go through either because of this, apparently. What do we do? I thought the waiver thing xrp twitter kept bringing up would help but it apparently only helps Ripple if they want to sign up as a security and nothing else. Do we have any proof they'll be doing that??? Won't that also fuck us over? I'm so confused.
>>
>>61056216
sell all of your xrp and buy link.
xrp = scam
link = swift partner
>>
>>61056216
You are wrong. They sell through blind bid/ask through the orderbook of exchanges. This literally does not limit them whatsoever, they just restructured their product. They did this years ago and sold throughout the suit to institutional partners. XRP is definitively not a security (only crypto except for bitcoin this is true for). More legislation is coming favorable to us set for sometime this year pending shutdown but your understanding is wrong; Ripple can sell to clients as needed per their new structure and the waiver:

>>61056266
I don't think my understanding is wrong. I appreciate you trying to cook up some hopium to make us feel better but that document is the exact document I was referencing and your summary doesn't make sense with the rose tinted glasses off. The waiver on that bad actor thing doesn't seem to unfuck everything else and the big institutional distribution just isn't gonna be viable. It's not gonna solve the problem and I don't see that there's anything lined up which actually does.

We'll see how it goes but yeah, gonna probably shift my holdings mostly into xlm unless someone can put forward something that tracks. I'm not interested in the usual twitter influencer stuff I've seen it all and I'm sick of it.

Yes. BNB is burning tokens and quietly devouring Chainlink. XRP, meanwhile, is quietly trying to dance to its own tune.

Since the huge pump LINKtrannies have been trying to rewrite history that Ripple cares to or wants to "integrate with" or "work with" SWIFT.
No.
It's an obvious coordination and a weird one. SWIFT is going away entirely.

THIS IS NOT AN EVENT, I REPEAT THIS IS NOT AN EVENT.

We just pumped from 2.69 to 3.10, people were bound to sell to take some profits and try to buyback at lower prices.

once this dump is finished, next step is 3.25 I REPEAT next step is 3.25!

If YOU want to buy cheap bags and try to make an easy 15% in the next hours, it is your chance; OR you can accumulate NOW and WAIT for XRP to reach 6.12

Today, October 7th, 2025, David "Joel Katz" Schwartz responded to this tweet:
>post a pic only your fandom would understand
with this tweet containing pic related:
https://x.com/JoelKatz/status/1975452879956943297

He is referencing his the story he told here on December 8th, 2023:
https://x.com/JoelKatz/status/1733222511717040161
>As many of you know, I sold 40,000 ETH at about $1 to put solar panels on a house I no longer own. >That ETH was worth over $100 million shortly after.

Since a few of you are dumb or trolls, I'll spell it out for you.
XRP bagholders are David Schwartz's fandom.
So replace ETH with XRP in his story.
He's telling you that you will regret selling XRP right now, just like he did with ETH many years ago,
because XRP is going to moon shortly.

Ripple shills all these great use cases for xrp but there isn't much use of it for these purposes. And the xrpl was designed not to support yield farming / staking.
Bnb Offers a real service to retail (exchange), and yield, without shilling what it could do or be.
Just seems like bnb has more adoption that xrp.

There are better and more promising etf plays if your goal is to align with institutional flows or next gen liquidity rails. Btc and eth are still the dominant institutional gateways, Solana is picking up traction, and tokenized real world assets (treasuries, credit etc) are drawing serious capital. Xrp etf volume, by contrast, is a rounding error.

If xrp were truly on the verge of becoming “global settlement infrastructure,” as is claimed, we’d expect to see etf demand surge now that there’s "regulatory clarity." Instead, the numbers are limp babydick shit.

Come on now, buddy, let's not go full retard here.

BTC has no utility, other than advertising - make new people learn about crypto.
Etherium's utility is smart contracts.
XRP has utility.

>BTC has no utility, other than advertising - make new people learn about crypto.
And tell new people - see crypto coin went 100x in 10 years.
BTC has a utility as the largest token , oldest token and as advertising mechanism.
Also BTC has the first gov approval and the first ETF .
But it is not good because it take massive resources to mine.

As long as big bux rotate into Bitcoin first , this means they are in a crypto market.
Which means some of the money will later on rotate into new cryptos.

Chart of?
XRP charts?
Don't mean anything when all crypto markets are rigged and have large money rotating in and out of cryptos , and also bots.

Some random pajeet scammer is going to pump some shitcoin, because it is easier.
So , we have 800 shitcoins.
Of course when pajeets pump 800 shitcoins, people's attention and funds get disbursed into 800 shitcoins that are pumped.

>t least 10+ years of experience in software engineering, and a background of research in scaling, parallelization, protocols, or distributed databases
>A track record of proven leadership around successfully scaling an existing high throughput system.
>You have a PhD with emphasis in Distributed Systems
These faggots have no idea what they are looking for.
No wonder none of the APIs actually work .

I worked with thousands of software engineers, not a single good one with PhDs.
>worked with phds also different people completely, more of slower, in high towers types
>that can't really deliver a highly scalable software project
If they need 10+ years, a person is likely 35-40 yo .
If he has been delivering high scale systems THAT ACTUALLY WORK, he's burned out,
And around 40 y.o either done with software and wants to do something easy , retire,
or he has hand/back pains that he HAS to retire.

You are looking at pajeets with fake PhD diplomas here, who are going to lie to you, scam you,
and then won't be able to actually deliver.
>but pajeets will have fake Phds from diploma mills,

Did you sell your FLR too anon?
I’m glad I kept mine. I’m using it to provide as collateral on Flare Networks and get passive rewards in FXRP.
Which I then stake on Kinetic for more FXRP and rFLR.

APY fluctuates, fees are based on FXRP minted for each specific agent.
It’s better than collecting Flaredrops alone.
Providing collateral makes you eligible for both Flaredrops and FXRP fees.
>>61065710
Provide it as collateral and maybe you’ll get 0.006 FXRP in a week Kek.

Unwrap your WFLR to FLR if it’s wrapped.
Then provide FLR collateral on the site provided by Flare Networks.
https://x.com/flarenetworks/status/1975826683795292320
Then collect fXRP as people mint more
fXRP when they lift the cap this week and the week after until the cap is fully lifted.
FLR provided as collateral quality for Flare Drops.

Thanks a lot for the explanation
>>
>>61066400
Just make sure to leave some FLR in your wallet for gas fees.
I hold anywhere from 50 to 100 FLR so that I have enough to mint fXRP when they raise the cap.
>>
>>61066503
Cool I'll deposit my flare in the pools & mint some Fxrp too. Any ways to earn yield yet for FXRP?
>>
>>61066645
If you scroll down on the home page there are dApps where you can earn.
I’m currently staking fXRP on Kinetic.
The fXRP APY is under 1%, but it is supplemented with ~3-4% rFLR rewards.
Think of rFLR as vested rewards that can fully unlock to FLR down the line.
The dApp should have more detailed info.

Guys, I'm thinking of selling $15k (5k xrp), which is big chunk of my stack, for the following reasons: I (my farm) need things like a backup vehicle, building materials, etc before winter hits, and six months of supplies (animal feed, bills paid) in case of social unrest from dollar collapse. Xrp might moon, soon, but, I can envision the price suddenly dropping just when I need this or that and I'd rather be prepared. Or fuel shortages and suddenly the exchanges are down. Thoughts?

No problem. I know it's kindof a taboo to talk about it as we all love our XRP and "Know" in two weeks it's gonna be worth a lot. But the harsh reality is that crypto is still a stinking pile of shit no matter all the riddles and XRP could very go to $0. Even if XRP goes to $0, you will still need to be able to survive. You still need to have other investments or hard cash savings on hand or a job or any other form of income. And I understand if you are poor and only have one chance to make it you need to be over-exposed, but this risk you need to understand

Because if you spend years watching xrp chart you start to see how it will go before it will go. It's always right, except for when I actively trade it with leverage. Then sudenlky nothing matters anymore and it's all over the place and I lose money because i just try to gamble a quick profit. How does the price chart of a billions dollar asset know what to do just to fuck me over personally? Ehmmm, crypto trading with leverage........
There are easier ways to lose all your money - Casino for instance.

>How does the price chart of a billions dollar asset know what to do just to fuck me over personally?
ALL CRYPTOS are traded by BOTS.
Bots are loaded with data from exchanges on how to trade and beat YOU.
Crypto is all bots, majority of trading volume is fake and it is bots.

Expand your view, understand that you trade against bots and big players.
>>
>>61070105
You telling me these bots have access to my charts? Or does everyone have these levels?
>>
>>61070114
Everybody is selling data , including positions and data on stop losses.
When large players buy stock, they see all data on stop losses, drop stock price to the price to knock out all the stops,
and then buy at a lower price the stocks / positions that they want to accumulate with a discount.
This happens a lot on a stock market , and even more obvious in cryptos.

Don't give the big players your data.
>>
>>61070129
but im small fish who cares
>>
>>61070166
The sharks eat all small fish they can get.
If you are staying in a swarm and move with the swarm / tide , it is harder for a shark to eat you .

Just assume everybody is selling all data , including positions and stops.
When a shark sees a lot of small players stops at level X (say $10.00), there's a guarantee that the stock / asset price will be auto dropped (by bots or a large player) to $9.95.

They just program bots to do this automatically, and you get eaten.
Assume all your data is known , don't put open stops on any major exchanges .
>>
>>61070214
Yeah but how do a million people all do it at the same time tho
>>
>>61070224
You have to think like a Shark does, and not like a million of small fish, in order to stay alive.
Sharks will dump a digital asset to $9.95 when everybody is thinking if a solid bottom is $10.
Assume there are sharks in water, and you need to get alive.
Think like a shark, don't think like a million other people.
