Tips is free of taxes imo
All cypto exchanges have a normoid tax. I use kraken and only by being a market maker on the pro platform do I pay tiny fees. If you just click buy or sell you'll pay the tax. Make a limit order instead. If you put your buying order below the current asking price, you'll have to wait for it to get filled (which might not happen) but you'll be a market maker and get the lowest fees possible.
