Real talk: Writing a business plan is a complete waste of time. It just makes wantrepreneurs feel like they're entrepreneuring without actually doing anything. If you manage to get an actual business off the ground and reality hits, you will end up throwing your business plan out the window because it's useless fanfiction. Unless you have actual investors, you don't need a business plan. Investors won't even read it, they just want to feel like you did your homework. If you have investors, just make something up on chatgpt, make some bullshit charts on excel, get it spiral bound to make it look fancy, and investors will be happy.
