There is no 'made it' it isn't a destination but the journey, the real dopamine from a win after struggling for so long. I've shorted my dopamine system and now wins don't mean anything, neither do losses. I'm also a bit of an autist but I'm rich and charming so have no issue getting girls but keeping them around is a problem, I just can't put up with shit tests or the menstrual cycle crazies. I want a family but I don't know if I can trust any woman to be a wife.I thought I would feel rich, satisfied, smug, accomplished. But I don't feel much of anything at all. That's why I keep coming back here, in many ways you are all I have.

I lost confidence in gaining anything and was trying to exit already last week, then when the news started and it all went down 3% or whatever, I sold it all. Took a 3k loss. It's just a small amount of my savings but it's still upsetting. I've always made money before on longer term plays. Was starting to process all this when the big crash happened, and I felt scared and guilty that I dodged that bullet.I just so happened to be learning mindfulness meditation the last couple weeks, so that's helped. The main relief has come from relying on God though, giving my troubles to him and trusting that he's taking care of everything. I spent today listening to music, working out, meditating, learning Sudoku, spending time with family and haven't thought about money much. I'm grateful to have some peace of mind back. I pity those who also lost and pray that they get whatever help God deems appropriate for them.
