>>
Trump was reacting to China not the opposite and China Tacoed out. Sorry but as much shit as my country gets can Golden Boy China at least get some blame once a year? Most of the world economy problems are thier fault anyway.

First was AI CRASH everyone mainly just laughed and said Go Deepseek! Rather than get angry at China dumping us 20%.
Then China keep’s aggressively dumping goods on all of us and even told its own people to stop and chill out because it was wrecking themselves
Then running stupid huge trade deficits on us so we need to tariff
Then messing with several of our allies
Then they try to ban us from rare earths
Buying our farmland without any respect

Then when we do anything y’all shitstorm man its getting tiresome here. This country isn’t a Chinese enrichment camp anymore we are going to defend ourselves now because they won’t ever stop fighting us and people need to stop being mad with that.

This will be the 2nd most HATED rally behind the V shaped rally we had in April. Remember mid terms next year and he wants good news going into it. We're still in a BULL run with the fed running the economy hot by CUTTING rates even though inflation is at ~3% along with a very likely dovish fed chair approved by Trump when Powell gets replaced in May. I haven't even mentioned that obviously there is a Fed put but now there's also a TRUMP put, the SP500 is THE retirement fund of many Americans and will not be allowed to fail. Trump doesn't what to be known as the guy who contributed to the downfall of the SP500 and or the guy who didn't save it.

FACT: The average Bull has made more money than the average bear

one of the many many signs that we are in a big bubble that i thought lately about, is the fact that nvdia who design the chips that LLMs run on has like 10 times the valuation of the biggest most hyped LLM company (open ia), the thing that is supposedly justifying the demand for all this chips which make no sens (both nvidia and open ia are massively over valued), you might say that Nvidia has more revenue then the none existant ones of open ia, the problem is that the sustainability and growth for nvdia revenue hinge on the necessity of LLMs providing far more value then the cost of chips ie it make no sens for the tool to be far more valued then the thing that the tool is used for, i get that nvdia is selling shovels in a gold rush (which proves my point since the value of the gold being extracted at least had more values then all the shovels being sold), but the point of this saying is that only ones who made real money where the people not dumb enough to fall for gold rush bubble but today people have made both the gold rush and the shovel sellers into bubbles by acting as if the selling of shovels business would both massively grow and be sustainable in the long run even if they admit that it is taking advantage of a temporary bubble by giving less value to the gold that those shovel are used to extract

NVDA is a scumbag company that used scumbag tactics when they made GPUs for gaming and workstations, scummier tactics when they shifted to crypto mining and scalpers, and are in no way above using the scummiest possible tactics now that they have been rocketed into the position of the second highest market cap company in the world and the lynch pin of a bubble. The news cycle becomes 100% about the stock market and failing economy and you see nothing but a slow bleed out for years. Eventually people get bored of it, deflation happens and they become optimistic again 3-4 years later. It doesn't really matter though, we were dumping anyway this week and some fund guy who plays golf with trump called in a favor.

As you can see all the dip buying retards, metal bugs, and crypto faggots managed to survive. They're the ones who send up up and down in a crab roulette wheel day after day and the ones funds want out.

When you stop seeing their posts because they've all either roped or gone back to their retail jobs after losing everything, then is the time to buy.

am i schizo for thinking the us government is doing some kind of slight of hand where they promote btc while at the same time using it to reduce national debt and rugpull unwitting retail investors? of course this is probably a massive over simplification or im completely off. any clarification to whats really going on is appreciated.
>>
>>61099296
regulation has nothing to do with it babe. it has to do with liquidity. take a look at level 2 quotes sometime, see the depth of bids and asks, the amount of money bid at certain price levels, the amount of asset offered at certain price levels. compare a very liquid asset like vti or gld vs some small cap, and then you'll understand why certain things are more reactive in price. more liquidity = it takes more stuff to dump to move the price, fill all the bids at lower levels, or more cash to take out the asks at higher levels. something with less liquidity will be more reactive, as the bids or asks are taken out with less money/stock.

btc doesn't hold a candle to the national debt

Trump gives bad news that nukes the market 5%, then he says he's delaying the bad move and the market goes up 10%.

BTC is a fiat currency, like the dollar, where everything the Rand Paul schizos say about the dollar is true. Unlike the dollar, there is no one with a gun telling you you have to accept Bitcoin or have to pay the government though.

Its a plain and simple pyramid scheme with an obvious cliff fall endpoint: The point at which mining tech outpaces the number of new people willing to buy a worthless asset with zero government backing.

The market thinks the bad thing never happened and then pumps way too much.

>literally everyone I know got a job in 2021 and 2022.
This is true. It seems. Or maybe. Idk.
However.
Official statistics of developed economies have shown that post plandemic, most developed economies have reached somewhere between full- to over-employment.
Unemployment is at historic lows, nearly everywhere.
Employment is at, is around or is continuously exceeding ATH's everywhere, too.
>These days the unemployment factor is lower yet half the people I know have been fired.
...and then there's that.
EVERYBODY, with barely any exceptions is bitching and complaining how bad things are.
In le economy, with muh jobs, with ze bills, how expensive everything is.
Meanwhile...
>big companies report blockbuster quarters one after another.
>subscription services are still expanding
>sportsball pretend war stadiums are over-filled (heck, even gay as wrestling is cool again)
>memorabilia, cardboard, vintage anything prices still rising in popular categories
>BURGERS SOMEHOW.... SOMEHOW!!!! (idk how, btw.) ABLE TO SERVICE QUADRILLIONS IN CREDIT CARD DEBT AT AN AVERAGE OF 20% INTEREST PER YEAR OR MORE ... and still have no fucking need to cut back
>Something bad is going on but the numbers say its going really well.
Reality is a perpetual contradiction.

Or...
Maybe...

Or...

>What about all those people graduating from MIT and Harvard and like 30% of them cannot find jobs?
As I said, I might be the retard here,
but I have read this every now and then since the GFC.
I honestly believe it's mostly fake.
I would expect that under scrutiny, these claims don't hold up.
Whilst in reality, graduates from ivy league institutions have the LOWEST of LOWEST "I can't find a job after graduating" percentages.
Like, zero-point-something as these usually are the most connected, pampered people of them all.
If there was to be a increase from zero-point-something to zero-point-something-plus-a-little it of course is an increase of several magnitudes.
In reality 10 instead of 2 recent graduates haven't found a job which is a WHOPPING 500% increase and is good for a meme doomporn headline.

>Youth unemployment is high.
Is it? And if it actually is, does it matter?
Do you remember the "Euro crisis" post GFC? Early 2010s?
You might not, especially if you aren't from Western Europooria.
During that time "le expert" (dipshit bobo permadoomers as it has turned out) were expecting several countries to collapse.
You know...
>muh Greece
>muh Spain
>muh Portgual
and iirc it was
>one of the potatonigger countries.
Southern Europoorian countries were posting 25%+ youth unemployment rates back then.
That was more than 10 years ago.
Have you checked recently?
All of these countries are at full- to over-employment NOWADAYS and NONE, absolutely NONE have collapsed.

You'd think that it could not possibly be all bullshit that one is reading or hearing and that le experts are spewing...

...but...

idk, man.

Nothing keeps on happening (except asset prices increasing)

Numbers would have had an incentive to be kept at lies if the next crash were to precede a war but after peak "employment" there'd be little to do but for unemployment to go up anyway. And if the greatest mass predictive programming event were to be taken into account the avengers movies did set up a problem with rocks that would cause fifty percent of the population to be wiped out and how some survivors would get back at whoever had used the rocks and bring back those numbers so there'd be a setup

2025 - The Start of the Geopolitical Kayfabe Era?

Countries get into some miscalculated short conflict by accident and then have to put on a show for the domestic audience for a short period. Perhaps some casualties along with talks of stabber-rattling, social media hype then both sides negotiate an exit and both say they won, move on and then it repeats again in the future BUT what if they get better at kayfabe with experience so perhaps the next happening is not as volatile/violent as their previous happening. In 2025 alone, Thailand and Cambodia, Israel and Iran(but my gut says Israel will try to coax Trump to assist with their attack on Iran after 2026 midterm results to see if they can repeat what they do to what they did to Iran again and or go further), India and Pakistan, US and China. Ofc, only one of these are really important to markets though. I can't help but believe the reality of the Russia and Ukraine war made them pause. HOWEVER in 2022, Russia and Ukraine match did not result in kayfabe, nor the match between Israel and Hamas in 2023.

>The US has an extensive global network of around 750 military bases, while China has a much smaller and more limited overseas presence, with only one major base in Djibouti and a few others on South China Sea islands. This disparity highlights the US's strategy of global power projection through a vast network of bases in allied countries, whereas China is expanding its influence by increasingly utilizing commercial ports and establishing a smaller number of official military facilities.

I worked for a company as part of a team involved with identifying which jobs could be cut. This was about a year before GPT made it big time.

>THE SHORTHAND/HEURISTIC VERSION:
If you have an office job which is not customer facing, your job will probably be cut.

If you do not currently interact with customers, move to a position where you do, or expand your role into one that interacts with customers. (I'm talking 3-4 years out, obviously right now its repetitive taskers which are being successfully booted, some customer facing like BDC but most not)
Safest role: Sales (but this has always been true)(its also an unsafe job in general if you cant perform, but safe in the sense it wont be replace)
Highest risk: Accounting/Compliance (virtually will cease to exist)

how do our bases in germany or djibouti help us in a conflict with china? they don't. they become liabilities actually. we still need to check russia + all the other regional powers all around the world that we're keeping contained, if we full commit to a war in china we could lose europe, turkey, saudi arabia... and even if we did that it's a logistical nightmare bringing them all to theater, would take months to concentrate forces, in that time china would win the air control battle and render it pointless anyways.
>what about bases in theater?
not that you mentioned it but most war games have the majority of us aircraft destroyed on the runway within minutes of the conflict starting. usa could still win a conventional conflict if everything goes "right," (millions of casualties) but realistically the only way to defeat china in a war is nuclear weapons, and china has enough of an arsenal to guarantee a second strike if we were to do that. war with china is unrealistic and there's a reason the state department and pentagon are working nonstop to avoid it.

I don't know what to expect, however I won't doubt what you have outlined.
Although I recognize that at the moment it has yet to become meaningfully noticeable for the average normie. Which basically equates to "not happening at all" in the normiesphere.

When do you think "it" will become immutably noticeable and what will be the hallmarks?

I struggle to envision what governments will do if repetitive "bullshit" jobs actually get automAIted and people are being... .... ...... see that's where I'm struggling... what are people supposed to do?
Will new "bullshit" jobs be created 1:1?
Will they think very hard and be very innovative and come up with make work jobs that are safe(r) from automAItion?
How can "just go into trades" be something viable? No tradie wants any cometition and just because people think that's a solution doesn't mean that apprenticeships will be available by the millions. Or maybe they will. IDK.

What do you think?

he doesnt need to. everyone privy to the office of the president has insider knowledge on how the market is going to move and can take advantage accordingly. which way the market is going to move doesnt matter, as long as you know the direction you can profit.

The writing is on the wall, US needs it's own supply and can't let china have leverage. Even if trump backs out they will still invest in domestic producers.

Lithium Americas is developing Thacker Pass in Humboldt County of northern Nevada, the site of the largest known measured lithium resource and reserve in the world. The project is moving toward Phase 1 of production, with a goal of 40,000 tons per year of battery-quality lithium carbonate, such as what is used in electric vehicle (EV) batteries.

Liiterally boomer bots that track msm news. Once someone hacked a news site and injected a fake story. I forget about what. I think it was white house attacked. The story wasnt even visble to anything but the bots. Even though the fake story was only up for like a few minutes it triggered the algo trading to dump everything. Someone correct me if I'm remembering the details wrong.
