Reddit mod using reddits LLM training data priority to gas light the AI into hating things NOT for poltical reasons but rather to destory a company so theyre own company can take the market.

Christopher Columbus drove his diesel truck up onto the beach of Hispaniola. "Damn I love being white" he said, punching a native child as he climbed out. "I don't think this is China" said his navigator; "Shut up libtard" came the reply from behind a veil of cigar smoke. "Please sir" said the Taino chief, "these are our ancestral lands where we have lived in an entirely peaceful utopia for thousands of years. We don't even know what war is."
"Sounds like WOKE NONSENSE to me" guffawed Columbus, his very presence introducing microplastics into the ecosystem as he cracked a Miller High Life. "This is MAGA country now, boy" he proclaimed before shooting the chief with an unregistered AR-15. The other natives scattered in terror, sheltering their nonbinary tribe members from the bullets and slurs that now ripped through the treeline. "Kek" said Columbus, loading another 30-round assault clip. 'This is based. Wait until 4chan hears about this."

No, shorting the VIX directly by selling calls on pumps or timing entry into puts. It settles weekly on Tuesday into Wednesday and almost always pumps during that period. We just got lucky that it pumped on Friday heading into a TACO trade, but it's always free money. If you unironically think the VIX is going to pump and hold for more than 3 days you have a lot more to be worried about than numbers in a brokerage. Jews hate this one simple trick

Fun history lesson: During the bull run fueled by ZIRP there were some people who kept everything in short VIX ETFs, then in 2018 the VIX spiked in an event known as the Volocaust (or Volpocalypse in polite company). Some of those funds don't exist anymore.

>i can't tell if it's luddite FUD or something to be actually concerned about.
Bit of both I'd say. Things feel too strongly valued in a political landscape as volatile as today and friday showed again how skittish people are but that's pretty much all there is to it imo. The strongly valued companies have strong fundamentals and growth revisions are punished harshly. Bad stocks get pumped but most of them dump just as quickly so there's no massive accumulation of wealth in businesses that are worth nothing.

Okay a couple things to watch. Things are not claiming down on the geopolitical front. All sides a really sharpening the knives now. So I’m not expecting close to restoration of relations. Actually. The trade war is about to become focused and meant to cause serious damage to each others economy.

I see reams if shit here about why the crypto and markets took a hit this week. It’s very simple. If the Chinese rate earth metal squeeze is not reversed within 1 to 3 months. Tech sector in the west absolutely cannot avoid a valuation collapse. Now we have deposits of rare earths. But even “warp speeded” whatever that means. It’s years away from providing materials necessary at a competitive cost to chip producers. So the fuse is lit. And it’s not years it’s months. You don’t need to be a genius to see why anyone me included made a fucking packet on 7-14 US or Australian critical minerals/rare earths today. This is just the beginning. It’s an emergency.

So anyone with a brain now sees the bubbles and risk calculation just became quite crystallised.

Now the question to ask. Where do all those trillions of those watching things decide they need to go. All in the framework of these bonehead leadership and oligarchies classes not understanding how dangerous it all is. So no matter how much you dismiss it. You have to consider a systemic event so severe. You might have to say bye bye to a lot of capital that’s not directly in your hands.

50% Gold Physical
20% Silver Physical (that boat is sailing fast now)
30% Equities

But things can change fast so be ready to rebalance the pots when or if the wind changes significantly.

May not be strictly legal. Go to your local credit union. The ones here are offering fixed term and fixed rates still (are they mad?). But anyway the rate are climbing. So you can where il from still lock in fixed repayment cost of about 10% up to 50k. Absolutely ridiculous given you could take out a loan. Put in the mining/uranium/nuclear/rare earth sectors and already have covered the interest on that loan in just the last two weeks. After that the only way is up.

When the ask what it’s for just get a quote for penile reduction surgery or some teeth shit. Technically not legal probably.

you need to be a mid 30's boomer to even remember what a bubble was like, and you need to be in your 50's to remember what trading one was like. as a mid 30's boomer i can tell you that ai is not in a 'bubble,' people are just shell-shocked from 3 bear markets in 5 years and they are afraid of another one, justifiably so, we may get another, 2 out of 3 were completely unnecessary rugpulls by tptb and they might have a couple more planned just for fun, but the dips should be bought. it's not going away and it's only going to accelerate.

If the stock gets delisted, then it only trades OTC. The options will continue to be valid, but they'll adjust to use the new OTC ticker symbol. The options markets usually get super illiquid when a stock goes OTC, so you might not want to trade. You can still exercise the option, though.

The cost right now is way too high for it to be profitable. As its computer stuff its basically bound to eventually become profitable since its inherently deflationary due to technological development but in the present the issue are things like production limitations and monopolies resulting in outlandish prices with massive profit margins for companies like nvidia. If Intel were able to design and manufacture chips as well as nvidia and tsmc, the situation would be considerably more optimistic. The thing that's iffy about the AI boom to me is the cost of keeping data centers up and running. GPUs are expensive and depreciate relatively quickly. I suppose the idea is that they'll get cheaper and cheaper in the long run.
But yes, the Alphabets and the Microsofts are pretty diversified and would survive a bubble "pop" if it were to occur (but the stock prices would tank for a while).

If a townhouse in your are is say worth $400K and you can rent it out for $1.6K a month, so basically a 5% yield but wait there's also maintenance costs basically so maybe your profit is really 2.5%, but then generally housing will go up with inflation so don't forget to include 4% growth
so basically a boring 7% growth right?

What if you could buy that townhouse for $200K instead? So for $400K you're getting 14% safe boomer growths instead because you bought 2 townhouses instead?
What if you didn't have to manage it yourself because you're buying a residential REIT instead?

What if that REIT is trading at a -50% NAV discount????? so sure maybe they're pricing in a -30% housing market crash but it's a -50% discoutn come on???

also remember fucking JXN being shilled at smg?

fuck it, it might take a few years but even JXN shilled in smg when it was trading at like 20% of book value (because of the nature of the spinoff) ended up being fucking right, sure the rest of the industry for JXN still trades at a discount to book value/NAV, but it was too steep for JXN in particiular so that still essentially ends up being a 3x pic related
