The only purpose i can see besides being able to do things like run a btc node or so i flat out own my crypto as opposed to owning a crypto claim on places like crypto.com or robinhood, is security. My cousin is a very good programmer and he encourages me to get into linux every time i talk to him. My main concern is that i am such a noobasaurus when it comes to computers that i am only going to make myself more vulnerable to hackers if i use a linux laptop than i would be if i just stuck to 2fa on my ipad or iphone. I kind of like the idea of apples software engineers looking out for me and my security as opposed to being on my own with linux having to fend for myself.
Is linux better if you want to avoid paying taxes on every single crypto earnings trade you make? Is linux better to stick the middle finger to the irs because you can claim that your cryptos nationality is whatever you want it to be, such as swiss?

I’m giving you guys some real alpha and you might call me a retardant but this fact has saved my ass. Use a Chromebook. There isn’t malware written for it. Twice I almost fell for scams cause I’m a retard and I was saved that I used a Chromebook, not a Mac or a pc

No it isn't. The average crypto fag only needs to have good enough security to not be compromised by remote exploits or keyloggers from turd world retards. If you meant having security that protects you from the American government is a myth you are right though.

This.

What do you think of running rh off an ipad wrt security?

linux mint is fun!

>have laptop
>only do trades on it
>do trades only on that laptop
and linux is perfectly fine for that
