What should I do biz? This has been a fairly draining situation, going on six years of trying to fix a townhome.

My townhome needs a lot of repairs and I should be able to walk with 10-15k cash if I sell it. Maybe more if I get a better offer soon.

I have a part time job and unemployment, and I'm working part time commission sales. I have a commission coming in a few months, potentially like $30k.

Once unemployment runs out in 6-7 or so months, my part time job won't cover all the bills.

I could sell the place and move to an RV park, and invest all the extra cash. Or I could stay here, hope to get more deals closed and invest what I can.

The part time job would pay my bills living there and I could work remote sales for investment money.

Or I could stay and bet that I could get more deals, fix the place up, stay or sell for a higher price later.

I just don't want to lose the status of home owner, but I know crypto can probably give me better gains.

What would you do in this situation, biz? My portfolio is like 2k right now, and this would free up 20-40k to invest later whereas staying might yield me 10k while keeping the home I've been at for some years, assuming no more deals close by then.
