OP try doing a full antivirus scan (not the default quick ones, they suck ass) and see if there's a trojan. Did you pirate any software? I love piracy but sadly tons of crypto/YouTube channels get stolen that way.

Another possibility, do you have TeamViewer installed? I remember the crazy TeamViewer hack where somehow they were able to control victim's computers without permission and then PayPal themselves, the sad part was PayPal refused to refund anyone due to "your computer submitted the PayPal transfer" or something, it was nuts. Never install TeamViewer, it's never worth such a massive risk.
