Any anons in the Stake.link priority pool? 8% Apr sounds comfy. And they appear to be very transparent regarding the issue of one of the oracle providers history (linkpool) and that it was unrelated and they’re only one of the 15 node operators.

Based, is it still 8%? Do you recommend CoW swap or Curve swap? And am I gonna wait forever if I do it now?

idk

If they didnt issue receipt tokens for your staking I would probably pick them up. It ass-fucks people on tax when it's deemed a crypto->crypto taxable event
>>
>>61135871
point me to the section of your tax code that even defines what a "token" is. erc20s are just address=>uint mappings in a smart contract

The ATO leaves it as a broad definition, you can't use retard technical "ackshually" arguments with them.
I'm not even trying to fud because I was a LPOG who sold before any supposed rugs occured - I'd still be involved in the project if this wasn't an issue.
I have also confirmed via an oral ruling with the ATO.

This is one of the references to it which I found that's applicable:
https://www.ato.gov.au/api/public/content/0-c61607c3-22a0-480f-878f-70292b745da3

Many DeFi 'lending' and 'borrowing' arrangements will result in a CGT
event. A CGT event generally happens because beneficial ownership
of the relevant crypto asset ends because of the arrangement. The
arrangements typically involve either:
exchanging one crypto asset for another crypto asset
---->>>>exchanging one crypto asset for a right to receive an equivalent
number of the same crypto asset in the future.

so they just make shit up as they go along, and don't actually give a fuck. got it

You're 100% correct there, they've been taken to court multiple times over this kinda stuff.
The team involved in the oral rulings provide subjective agreements which get recorded and filed for x years.

After link dropped so far over the last few years I don't have the financial means to test them in court over these particular issues so I just use whatever rules I can to my advantage.
In this case they assfuck us though.
