Something that's never happened before. The DTCC will be caught redhanded and with their pants down. If it were up to me, I would force the DTCC to buy back all remaining warrants on the open market, with TRUE price discovery.

VIX is exploding but the S&P is barely down, buckle up

GME to $19

>>
>>61138302
No, it won't.
>>
>>61138305
It will. For a brief moment
SPY is going to take a 4-5% hit. That means at least a 15% hit for GME.
>>
>>61138319
gme is not going below $20, accept it.
>>
>>61138334
I'm buying starting from 21. It's unfortunate but GME is guaranteed to hit at least $19.99. Whether we hit the $18 range I am not certain. The market is going to dump and GME will have to follow. It's an opportunity the shorts can't miss. When the market dumps, GME must follow to keep their books balanced.
>>
>>61138362
>GME is guaranteed to hit at least $19.99.
Guaranteed because?
>>
>>61138368
Because the market is going to tank because of the private credit crisis. FED won't be able to bail the regional banks out like they did with SVB. No clue how big or long the correction will last, but VIX pumping 80% while the S&P is only down 2% is not normal and will not last. The volatility demands a correction
>>
>>61138410
That's a lot of words with no reason it'd go below $20.
>>
>>61138424
He's just pulling shit out of his ass. It's been an entire year and every time gme gets this low everyone starts screaming "it's going below $20!" and it's bounced every time.

It slightly dipped under major targets every single time. Under 40 in feb 21, under 80 in march 22, under 80 in may 22, held 15 in jan and march 23 (exception, 15 is not a major target), under 10 in april 24, under 20 in may 24, under 20 in aug 24, under 20 in sep 24, under 21 in april 25, under 22 in june 25, under 22 in aug 25.

>>
>>61138552
It was at 29 early morning. All this china trade war panick shows the uncertainty. Overconfidence is making place for a lot of volatility real soon.
>>
Right now GME is already at a great dip to buy. 22-21 range, even better. 21-20 I'm buying the shit out of gamestop including warrants. Under 20, I'm taking out another mortgage. Will deploy it fully if we breach $18.99

Ninja Gaiden is a little too difficult for my tastes as it’s an action game that plays like a fighting game, but I did at least enjoy it for 4 stages as I couldn’t get gud enough to finish it. It’s very well made though, every time you fail you know it’s all on you because it plays buttery smooth. Everyone at least should do the first level and beat the first boss, it’s a perfect experience

GameStop would need to buy Hasbro inorder to extract D&D from it, so in any scenario, they could have both, and much more. Honestly Hasbro would make so much sense for GameStop to purchase.

Retard.

The existing retail operations of gamestop are barely breaking even. Adding onto this more consumerist slop without large revenues and high margins is a retard investment. RC would never buy into it, thank God.

so let me get this straight, RC (Ryan Cohen, the CEO of GameStop) buys 7,780,000 shares of BBBY, and $60-$80 strike calls worth 1,670,100 shares in March 2022, Reddit censors any and all talk about this, then RC sells his shares and calls in august 2022. Then RC has a sit down meeting with the worlds most famous corporate raider - Carl Icahn - in October 2022. Then with his (presumably) new guidance offered by Icahn, RC offers to buy BBBY for 400m during December 2022. Then one month later, January 2023, the worlds most prestigious M&A analysis software, which costs 4 figures + per month, lists the company BBBY as SOLD. Then one month later in Feb 2023, RC posts:

https://x.com/ryancohen/status/1625507240831553537?lang=en

“someone tell the government to stop shooting down my balloons”, clearly alluding to government regulatory agencies holding up his behind the scenes M&A activity. Then BBBY files for chapter 11 during April 2023, and 8 months later, after bbby shares had already been "cancelled", a GameStop board member - Larry Cheng - who helped Ryan Cohen build Chewy goes onto an obscure podcast dedicated to discussing reorganization and recovery theories for BBBY, which is also attended by Pulte, another figure RC has spent quite a bit of time with. Ryan Cohen is also listed as a creditor and debtor to the BBBY chapter 11.

But somehow all of this is met with an immense barrage of whining from posters who beg the jannies to censor it, and claim that it is somehow "off topic"

Absolutely.
Fascinating.

adding onto this, the most famous company to have ever battled naked short sellers in the press and the courts, was OverStock. It is fair to say that OverStock HATES naked short sellers. This same OverStock is the majority owner of tzero - a company that is licensed by the SEC to offer securities on a blockchain - and is also the same company who purchased the BBBY IP and is now trading once again under the same ticker BBBY. Also the warrants being issued by Overstock (now trading as BBBY) line up closely with the GME warrants, and on top of that the warrant CUSIP-6 uses the same CUSIP-6 that the legacy BBBYQ used, which only has one possible legal interpretation - that legacy BBBYQ entity is still active.

The police told me themselves that moass was a joke phrase that hedgies themselves inserted into gme spaces as a way to hijack them. I trust strangers on the internet implicitly as I’m sure they have no reason to lie to me.

No that's a terrible idea. Hasbro is only slightly failing and needs a turnaround. It needs to survive so RC can retain its IP.

Wrong thread still. Discuss it in a Ryan cohen thread or BBBYQ one.
>>61140047
>>61140076
Then discuss it in a Ryan Cohen thread or BBBYQ thread. This is for GME.

I'm not sure why when there's a perfectly good, EXISTING, slightly failing business with lots of IP and business potential you say OMG THIS IS BAD AND STUPID OMG.

Then turn around and say how RC needs to merge with a bankrupt, no income, no IP, no business, debt ridden corpse.

It's almost like you're a paid stock basher trying to harm my investment in GME.

you need to go past the pencil. buy yourself a set of rotrings. this will not only force you to paint precisely, but it will also make it easier to then export it to a digital framework. also painting human chracters is lame af unless you have inifity hours on them and it's natural to you after a lifetime of drawing. why don't you try something more dynamic like landscapes, for example, wich allows you to include virtually anything, it's less demanding, and has more depth as a beginner? wagmi and kudos for keeping it up.

You have a limited frame, as you see only the animu gril in 4channel. I habe been painting since i can think and jiemi is just me trying to geht some sweet anime anatomy for the grind and maybe it makes some anons happy. Still i want to thank you for taking your time to respond, i know your post wasn't bad intention. I draw more than jiemi, it is a bit harsh to say that i am stuck. I am getting into digital painting, step by step, and i can draw realistic still images/portraits if i set my mind to it.
Jiemi is just a phase i am 'stuck' in right now, as I want to perfect the character in accordance with anons until the game stops. It's more a development of a character design, like monero-chan, you know. It's a long phase maybe. But it's worth it, I think. I also don't draw solely with pencil. I am a big fan of watercolor and oil, ink and inkbrushes, which i already tried to combine with digital.
Anyways, I hope you make it and will also bring beautiful pictures to life, moass will enhance our power and freedom. WAGMI brother

Curious. BBBYQ spammers are allowed to copy paste spam, but if you copy paste a question they refuse to answer, jannies delete it.

I believe this removes section 230 protections from 4chan and proves they are a publisher, not a platform. That makes their moderation team and owners liable for assisting market manipulation.

this is a GME thread.
the CEO of GME is legally involved in a chapter 11 case, and legally tried to purchase a towel store.
And you say this is off-topic?

Discussing the CEO of GameStop, and his market activities is considered off-topic in your eyes?

Please give one reason RC should acquire BBBYQ WITHOUT saying
>It's in debt
>squeezing shorts
It has to be a real business growth potential reason.

You STILL have not answered this. If you are a BBBYQ advocate, it should be easy to answer. I can list multiple reasons acquiring Hasbro or Dave and Busters has benefits, but you cannot give ONE about BBBYQ.

This is why our frustrated little shilly willies are so motivated to silo topics, same with /r/superstonk, platforms have to be careful because too much moderation means your classified as a publisher and you can get into big no-no's if you are found to be censoring discussion on publicly traded companies and directly affiliated matters.

Paid stock bashers DO NOT want you to have a holistic view of Ryan Cohen or GameStop, which is why the silo strategy is enforced so hard on reddit, except with /r/theppshow which they got main site admins to straight up ban because they couldn't control the narratives over there. Here they are attempting to stifle discussion of BBBY by wanting to silo the topic to strictly being about GME, which would also mean rrp would be off limits too. Jannies can't be too obvious in banning BBBY talk, but they might beable to make an argument about posts being off topic which a lot of users have reported being banned for in the last several (post warrant issuance) weeks.

The contents of this post:

So you do not have a single business related reason to why RC should acquire BBBYQ.

It's easy to list one reason, but all you have is "its in debt" and "squeezing shorts."

Also BBBYQ's IP was sold to Overstock, so no. Whatever reason RC had for acquiring it doesn't apply. Now he is likely to Acquire Overstock which is NOT your bankrupt, debt ridden, NOT towel store.

Why would the CEO of the second largest market maker in the country (world) be so mad at a “scitzo” podcast that he would spill his spaghetti on Twitter for over 2 years and follow accounts like

The CEO of GameStop is involved in the chapter 11 of the company discussed on that very same podcast.

Please give me a single business related reason that RC should acquire BBBYQ. It's easy to list one reason, but all you have is "its in debt" and "squeezing shorts." Watch me prove it

Hasbro
>slightly failing due to mismangement
>vertical merger since they own MTG
>many existing IP contracts that could integrate well with Gamestop

Dave & Busters
>gaming focus
>arcade focus
>lots of existing IP contracts

Also BBBYQ's IP was sold to Overstock, so no. Whatever reason RC had for acquiring it doesn't apply. Now he is likely to Acquire Overstock which is NOT your bankrupt, debt ridden, NOT towel store.

The lines doesn't work compared to the first one.

The first one had a sloping down bottom line.
This is especially apparent in the are marked as "crabbing".

The first crabbing is the middle of the channel. After the 2nd touch, the bottom before the rip is also based on the downward sloping bottom line.

For this analysis to make sense, the new wedge would also have a downward sloping bottom line with the "crabbing" part being in the middle of the pannel.

I don't doubt the squeeze after but this would mean we would still have to drop back down to at least 20ish maybe lower before the squeeze.

Also if there is a squeeze, going by this top line, which on trading view only counts market hours not premarket/afterhours. Also remember is the post split prices.
The peak of the 2021 squeeze was around 122.
The peak of the 2024 squeeze was around 65.
So the peak of this squeeze, extrapolating, would be around 48-50.

ITS TODAY

If the price is only marginally above $32, the only reason to exercise a warrant would be to then immediately sell that share while the price is above $32. If there is a mass exercising, then that means a large amount of shares will then be flooding the market, aka the dilution. I don't know if it will play out like that, because if the price were to climb up from here to above $32, that means the warrants will be bid up too. So people could just as easily start selling warrants for profit, instead of exercising.
Personally I really don't see any point in exercising any warrants unless the price is significantly above $32. But I can definitely see how short sellers would want to exercise and flood the market with more shares. Ultimately that gives gamestop more cash and the sooner and longer the price stays above $32, the sooner all warrants get exercised.
Shorts will defend the 30s again though, as they've done all year long. I don't think the warrants will change that. If gme wants to break and hold higher, they need a catalyst. And at this point, not even strong earnings are considered a catalyst for gamestop.

Also I really believe that the bond offerings this year completely invalidates any fractals or patterns, so it's really pointless to try and compare current price action 1:1 against things that happened more than a year ago. Either the price bounces of the current trendline, or the market makers tank the market to gap gme down to 20 again. If the last year is any indication, buyers SHOULD step in to defend these low prices.
Besides, gme below 20 would put the market cap at below $9B which is absolutely insane. Considering the liquidity, the institutional ownership, the bond holders, the company cash, and the company fundamentals, there is an objective bare minimum rational value the stock should have, and not even an algo can defy that.

>GME has to go below the value of it's total assets when the market tanks
No investor looks just at total assets. A stock is at least worth its value on the balance sheets, which is Total assets - Total liabilities = Book value.

Book value per share is $11.56
Book value per share is $15.79 - when you assume all the bond debt is converted, thus increasing the issued shares and evaporating 4.16 billion of debt
Book value per share is $15.79 - when you assume all the bond debt is converted, thus increasing the issued shares by 143.6M and evaporating 4.16 billion of long-term debt
Book value per share is $17.27 - when you assume all the bond debt is converted and all warrants are exercised, thus increasing the issued shares by 143.6M + 59.2M, evaporating 4.16 billion of long-term debt and raising 1.89 billion cash from the exercised warrants

If the stock price is sustained at $32 for a longer time, a book value of $17.27 is guaranteed and should the price drop below that level Ryan Cohen can use cash to start buying back stock without any risk.

A price drop to $18 is quite likely. A drop below $17.27, not at all.

I am genuinely happy for you. I hold more GME than you. Both are true.
