To the anon who posted the lead about Tronox (TROX) a few days ago, I finally had some time to research.

The good news is that according to their latest quarterly financial report, their book value should peg the value of their company at around $10/share. That's hard assets like land, factories, patents, etc. shit that doesn't go away even if they hit bankruptcy. Right now they're at around $3.50/share (total market cap ~$560mm), so they're at like 35% of what they should be if you just sold everything tomorrow.

Bad news is that these lil niggas haven't been profitable since 2022 (+$497mm). And not just slightly in the red, I'm talking hundreds of millions per year in losses (2023 loss ~$316mm, 2024 loss ~48mm, 2025 H1 loss ~$96 million)

Debt to equity ratio is around ~1.8 which is high. You can’t even calculate Net Debt/EBITDA meaningfully right now. It's just insanely high.

But let's move past the numbers to your thesis. You said something along the lines of:
>TROX is going to skyrocket at some point between now and end of 2026 with military rearmament and supply chain scramble. Rutile miners and titanium - TROX is the only ticker that is focused on titanium, the rest are diversified miners like Rio Tinto and Vale.

Sure, fair enough. I made a ton of money investing in Rheinmetall at the start of Trump 2.0 thinking along similar lines - niggas be pushing for domestic supply chains.

>America is trending towards onshoring production of critical materials
>Titanium is defined as a critical mineral
>Most titanium is currently produced offshore by China, Japan and Kazakhstan
>There is therefore a logical case to be made for domestic mining

Diving into Tronox's other literature about their rutile production, their whole swag is geared almost exclusively toward pigment production - same shit that's in your toothpaste and my oil paints (lead white is better btw).

to be cont'd

Titanium dioxide for pigment isn't the same level of purity ore as TiO2 sponge feedstock. However this kind of high purity ore IS made by a different company called Iluka.

>"but Iluka is an Aussie company, it's not true domestic"

Neither is TROX. TROX's mines are based in Australia too (and South Africa). Could TROX pivot into metal feedstock? Technically yes, practically it's difficult and expensive (especially for a company that's already struggling). You need new chlorinators to make TiCl4 (potentially $100m+ per site), slag furnaces and rutile kilns ($200m), purification systems, environmental regulation bullshit, etc. They'd have to double down on their current debt levels to even get to the level Iluka is currently at.

Actually when you compare Iluka to Tronox, Iluka is better on almost every level.

>high grade titanium feedstocks, zircon, and rare earth byproducts (flexibility to pivot)
>produces synthetic rutile, better aligned to elemental metal chain
>demonstrated profit
>far less debt burden

There's also the true American play which would be IperionX. Titanium/zircon/rare earth exploration play, but that's true speculation at this point. No meaningful amount of resources have been harvested from them.

I do like the sovereign materials play you're going for anon (if you even read this), but I'd urge you to reconsider TROX. You might get lucky because a bunch of speculators will pump your bags, but on paper, TROX is sketchy. Look into Iluka or IperionX. Bad news is they've already pumped a lot in the last 6 months, but ya never know.

Reckon all the news articles about "jobless growth" are bullshit, or are zoomers actually screwed w.r.t. getting a decent paycheck? I'm sort of willing to believe that things like CPI are disconnected from market performance these days (line go up no matter what) but the general sense of alarmism in these articles smells sensationalist. This morning spy was gap trading with huge 10-20 dollar spreads. It would be 660 one moment, then 640 then 660 then 650 then 660. We attempted to dump but the government spent a trillion pumping stocks, dumping bonds.

After 4-5 hours of this people eventually realized there was a new state instituted price floor on the market, and so we pumped organically. There’s no other rational response to knowing you can’t lose.

>the government doesn’t buy stocks retard

It’s has in the past and it did today. We moved in the opposite direction of max pain which would have helped market makers + gamma exposure was low anyway, retail was terrified, institutions believe we are overbought and it dark pools are majority short (~55%)
The only buyer today at 660 was Uncle Sam.

>ok, so what now.

Now there is a moral hazard in play.
Everyone who knows what they’re doing realizes that we essentially have a price floor at 660 and so it’s only upside from here, this encourages risk on and ever more leverage.
Short term we go parabolic. Long term, the country is finished off by “shoe leather costs”.

I just realized a huge component of liberal politics when I was a kid was animal rights and protecting endangered species and environments. Saving the wetlands and the otters and the spotted mountain yellow-legged frog.
You never hear about that stuff anymore from liberals its all just giving illegals free healthcare

>>61142375
>save animal lives
Think about this for a moment. If the animal is no longer needed as a food source there is no point in breeding it, raising it, or caring for it. Nothing left to do but cull it. If you really want more animals the best thing to do is to get people to eat them.

That issue is mostly taken up locally now. You don't see it talked about nationally much anymore, because they already changed the laws to enable activists to stop or slow down projects at the municipal/city government level. It has a huge effect on the national economy and stock markets though, but it's hard to measure

Wrong, and not what happened. What happened today is the same thing that's been happening in situations like this for thousands of years. It happened in 29, in 08, in the Dutch Republic and Venice.

Late last night or early this morning, Trump got a call from a group of serious people with an ultimatum, financiers and captains of industry: "The bottom is falling out. Drop the China bullshit, or deal with a crash.". He agreed, and so they floated it today at 660, which is what you were seeing and why he looked like a sulky puppy today.

I'm extremely risk averse and keep all my money in a savings account.
I just checked my 401k and the rate of return this year is almost 18%. Wtf.
Should I just look up what my company's plan is invested in and then just put all my cash into that? Like 18% sounds like insane gains to me and I'm assuming it's all very low risk stuff if they're using it for their 401k plan.

Here to give anons some tip on a high risk high reward stock

$SLS
They have 2 cancer drugs that have great data so far. SLS009 is expected to get breakthrough designation
200M shares fully diluted

GPS is the target here. Highly likely its success but there's the risk (I'd say 20%) it fails. If it succeeds however, we can get a buyout of 5-10B. Or anything from 30/sh to 70/sh+

They have october 29 meeting with the top KOL's

I've been accumulating for few months and I'll be able to retire off this easily. I'm not pumping as I suggest you buy options for more leverage instead of shares.

Good luck everyone

If GPS succeeds, $6-10 gap up. increase over the following days/months to $20. Buy out announcement in 1H 2026 with a target of $30-70

if GPS fails, stock tanks 60-80%. Dilution risk until SLS009 hits.

SLS009 is the better drug, but GPS is the one with data coming any day now.

GPS Data
pic related is phase 2. As you can see, 22 for gps vs 5.5 for BAT (Aza+ven)

Phase 3 has been ongoing for over four years now, however the enrollments have been incremental, so not all patients are living over 3 years.
Trial analysis company changed from small one to PPD in October 1st. PPD only does trials for big pharma (you can research this). Also introduced GPS dosages for 2 years and 3 years. Suggesting GPS is performing even better than phase 2 or at least the same for some patients.

80 event (deaths) have not occurred yet, topline data will be released after it happens. The fact that it hasn't happened yet after so long is due to GPS not BAT. BAT will never have a median that high. However GPS needs to high stat significance (hazard ratio lower than 0.636). So if BAT median is high enough (like 13+) then GPS has a chance of failing.

Also some tip
Abbvie cancelled their Trial 3 data of Ven
https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT04161885
Because of "Strategic reasons"
The only drugs that compete with this is GPS (if suceeds it destroys even the original ven +aza), SNDX's drug, KURA's drug.

Abbvie has insider information on how the trial is going, considering they can tell how many doses are going to SLS

Circumstinal evidence: the CEO is a greek scummy faggot, however he celebrated SLS "birthday" 3 weeks early when he never celebrated it before. He also wrote some strange shit on linkedin.

People are always angry with Beyond Meat because its "shitty processed food and just eat REAL MEAT". This stock pulling an OPEN is some peoples worst nightmare.

Why people are going crazy for BYND is the giganticly insane short interest, squeeze potential, the fact that the shares they printed are not tradable on nasdaq so the float isn't even effected according to Reddit people?

Also they are making a new product according to BYND premiering on Monday Night Football. It says "Future of Protein" which is HUGE because the one thing people hate most about Beyond Meat its lacking in proteins and it makes people not want to switch from real meat.

A stock like this just needs HOPE with a good new product, potential of insane short squeeze which normies love to participate in and upcoming earnings beat MAYBE? BYND has a incredible potential.

Remember that BYND even at FULL dilution still has half the float of Opendoor and that did 50 cents to 11 dollars.

Watching all the incessant butthurt whining about precious metals and precious metal accessories on nu/biz/ is making me extremely bullish. They sounds exactly coping nocoiners on pre-2017 /biz/.

it's always been the best fake meat product, made with pea protein, protein content similar to ground beef, and a year ago they replaced all the bad fats with avocado oil. some people will just never accept it. it's not even about health, it's about cognitive dissonance, accepting beyond meat is good means accepting that eating meat is bad, something that deep down they know but they're protecting their own egos. if this stuff cured cancer and made your penis bigger it would still be hated. that's not even important though, there's enough vegetarian and vegans out there to make this profitable, it just needs an outlet, it needs a mcdonalds usa partnership. people want to get their burgers from a restaurant.
and citadel and virtu aren't going to be beaten. they have the liquidity, not redd*t. i want to double down, but i want to do it at .30, not here. i am down 85% on bynd, if i factor in the dilution it's about the same valuation i bought it at. the debt restructuring bought them 5 years of time in their current state. they have 5 years to make a deal with mcdonalds. i very much doubt it comes at this moment, i feel there are more bagholders to be made yet. this isn't an up and to the right ticker. it's a lotto ticket and always has been. the latest news is objectively terrible for equity holders. there might be a pump and dump before that though, and if that's what you're playing for, wishing you luck. but lasting success won't come through a gamestop moment, it's going to have to be a real business win for the company, which i was hoping would happen soon but it doesn't seem likely. mcdonalds just switched to beef tallow for their fries, they're looking to win back chuds and i think will be for some time. a deal will happen someday, but still too early i think. i'm going to be patient, i've already been scammed badly.

>Are you guys not worried about the market? With all this AI bubble narrative, small banks crashing and shit
/smg/'s best traders would tell you that no, we're not worried about the market, we trade unemotionally. are there signs that the upward trend in prices is reversing into a downward trend? certainly. is there bad news in the world of lending? yes, but that's every year since 2008. will i make money if the market goes down? indeed
>>
>>61144256

If you are concerned about AI stocks you can trim to capture profits and reduce exposure, sell hard, or get out of AI all together, based on your level of concern.
>>
Why did uranium stocks go down? Did I just buy into exit liquidity?

lots of time to find new companies that are going to pump and get in early for some easy money

Yes. But I closed my USAR +118%,
UUUU I got stop losses out at +100% and am still holding the cheaper value stuff and am still up about 47-48%.

I did recently DCA into NAK and am down about 15% at the moment. I may get back into USAR and UUUU again. Not to worried. It will all recover in due time.

AI isn't going away, so if you bought the right company at the right price, you're not going to lose money.
>>
>>61144301
>are there signs that the upward trend in prices is reversing into a downward trend? certainly
How come, though? Orange man said today that tariffs won't last forever. Why aren't the markets happy about that? It feels like all this AI bubble and banks stuff is conveniently timed. But a crash seems also something to expect.

>>61144438
Sure, but stocks of AI companies should still crash, no?
>>
>>61144397
Yeah you got to be careful with SOXS these days.
>>
>>61143789
I have seen how this stuff is made. So much effort and chemicals go into two main areas: color and texture. If they just stopped trying to make their tranny slop look like a bloody red mass of ground beef, they would do well.

Just make the slop as-is and let the color and texture be as it may. The whole point is to make a product that is not animal flesh, so why add some much extra unhealthy shit into the mix? You are better off taking the L and just eating real meat.

Go back to the Covid Hoax for a real-world litmus test: Just about every meat product from steak to processed meats like salamis and sausages could not be stocked back in the shelf fast enough, while the tranny meat products remained
poorly sold.
>>
>>61144473
i have worked in the meat industry. your ground beef is filled with silverskin. your steaks are filled with brine, your lamb is treated with co2, your pork shoulder comes in frozen pallets from china with an exotic yellow slime, your farmed fish is dyed and raised on a diet of poop, and everything wild-caught is filled with mercury.

I am not too worried in general. My NAK position is maybe 1% of my portfolio.

Pebble has a lot more potential than risk primarily due to the complete 180 in goals of the current Drumpf admin compaired to the Bidet admin. The new EPA is instructed to ‘drill baby drill’. Estimaes of:
- 6.4 billion lbs Copper
- 7.4 million oz Gold
- 300 million lbs Molybdenum
- 37 million oz Silver
- other trace rare earths

This makes the largest potential deposits currently in US territory and the largest
in North America. Enviroshits are going to take the loss pure and simple. This Pebble site will print.
>>
>>61144501
What meat packing/slaughter house did you work at? Genuinely curious.

Your counter argument of slop real meat is fine. The Walmarts do exist and they do sell meats. However, the human brain is a protein burning machine and irrespective of consuming tranny meat or consuming some mystery mix real-meat
cheap asses derivative from Walmart, the latter is still a superior product from a practical and physiological standpoint.

If some gaping fake cunt wants Xir’s Beyond slop, fine. Their choice. But lets stop pretending it is even remotely comparable to animal flesh or needs to be enhanced to the absolute extreme with chemicals to mimic even the shit meat you worked with.

Maybe longing this company is in order. The stock just hit a 52-week low last week.
>>
>>61144467
>Sure, but stocks of AI companies should still crash, no?
They will dip because of fear, but if they are still needed for AI, then they will recover after the fear is over.

AN OPEN MIND
October 18
True humility and an open mind can lead us to faith, . . .

TWELVE STEPS AND TWELVE TRADITIONS, p. 33

My alcoholic thinking led me to believe that I could control my drinking, but I couldn't. When I came to A.A., I realized that God was speaking to me through my group. My mind was open just enough to know that I needed His help. A real, honest acceptance of A.A. took more time, but with it came humility. I know how insane I was, and I am extremely grateful to have my sanity restored to me and to be a sober alcoholic. The new, sober me is a much better person than I ever could have been without A.A.

With the mind of an active addict, I can never make sound decisions. My trades depend on me having a sober mind. Accepting who I am requires humility but I am thankful on the other side seeing how I can be restored to sanity. I make better trades these days. God wants me to make good decisions because He cares about me.

Brothers I want to share an experience that has resulted in me buying GAP calls tomorrow.
I was walking home from a miserable shift at work and I ended up behind this 5'2 pear shaped goddess in yoga pants and a sweatshift.
Her magnificent ass was so fat but her waist was so slim. I was genuinely jolted awake. Her little blonde ponytail was cute too.
I had to see her face.
I crossed the next street and looked back.
It was a 55-60 year old woman...wrinkles and all.
I can't get her out of my mind I'm not even fucking kidding. I'm already a hagmaxxer but I never thought someone outside my typical range of 37-55 could have a body like that.
I needed to jerk it like 6 times to my hagstack to calm down and go to sleep.
For this reason I will buy the ticker GAP.
