Okay niggers. Here's the situation1. Union job. Starts at 25 an hr. Good benefits (yawn. I don't need that shit). Caps at like 50 after 2.5 the 3 years. If no benefits and I got straight cash I'd choose it. But nah they'd rather give benefits which I wouldn't need unless I was 40.It's also ass in the sense that you have to do schooling still which I count as another job in itself. But it's unpaid. They pay for training, but for the base pay they offer, it just doesn't feel worth it. Tired af with school. Also they are strict too to the point where it seems most get kicked out almost immediately. It's trades btw. It is very hardcore. I wanted a job where they just let me go in and out of work without all this extra fucking hassle. Like they don't automate dues wtf. Just take it from my check or let me automate it, dumbass. They also want me to document all hrs worked daily and specifics too i.e. 2 hrs of conduit bending etc. Just little annoying shit. 2. My current job is EAAAASY as fuck. Night shift. I literally get paid to chill. All my coworkers are cool too. Doesn't even feel like a job. I feel like I'm on vacation 24/7 there ngl. I'm thinking instead to just stack another job on the weekend (because those are typically the most chill) and then another on my off days. 7 days a week, but if it's just as easy, it's not a job. I genuinely think I might prefer that over the electrician stuff ngl. Also if I had a wife and kids, I'd pick union for the benefits, but I never found a chick and the only ones left are used up fucking whores so worthless garbage. No point. Thoughts? I can probably make more short term by stacking these jobs anyways and let's ne real. Outside of 2 years if you're still waging, you lost the game anyways since we'll have another bull market by then
