I inspected that card myself before sending it in and thought it would hit at least a 7 or possibly a 9. IDK why they rated it so low. All the other cards I understand, especially the Moltres which has a kink in it.It wasn't a total loss though, PSA was willing to buy the Vaporeon off me for 2x it's current going value. They were also willing to buy the Venomoth for more what it's worth on ebay.I am hyped about the two ones though. The guy that runs my FLGS expressed interest in any ones I could get my hands on.
