Just raked two bags of leaves. Took about 20 minutes. In the house and rested 5 minutes and my body is still hot and inflamed.
No way this would be healthy if I worked 8 hours a day 5 days a week.
How do blue collar manage? This shit will fuck your body up even after a week.

Pro-tip
Always quit physical work of any type asap. You realize how physically demanding it is after you stop.
This is why I mow my front and back lawn on different days.
>>
>>61184112
Now I don’t feel like doing anything the rest of the day.
How do people manage a 9-5?
>>
>>61184191
You just grind your teeth, booze it up and show up at 9 o'clock

My body feels sore. And it was just two bags.
Anyways, now I know why blue collar people look the way they do.

Ever heard of "ergonomics"?
I work at a warehouse and still wake up with a non-aching back. Use your legs and don't bend your back to pick something up. I don't even stretch (though I probably should) and I still don't fucking ache like a grandpa.
How old are you OP?

Okay leaf boy.
Two bags of leaves was enough to knock you on your ass lmao
>>
>>61184112
You are such a fucking fat pussy. Holy shit kill yourself.
>>
>>61185324
It didn’t knock me on my ass, i felt the stress on my body and when I finished, my body was tired, red and hot and I was breathing heavily.
The main point 40 hours of raking a week would not be healthy as full time job.
>>
lol are you the same faggot who got winded installing a bidet?
>>

You might be allergic to grass, I gotta take antihistamines and wear a jumpsuit if I'm really mowing grass, just started being bad this year. I replace my lawns with not-grass though so that's my long term solution.

Bro. The ironic thing is I know most people itt are out of shape and actually don’t do anything.
I barely raked today too cause I already put the leaves in a big pile. I merely put them in two paper bags. But 20 minutes of that and then once I got inside and sat down, holy shit, felt more intense than a gym session. And the muscles it works is more “full body” and you feel it all over. I can guarantee you blue collar, being so awkward in positioning and stuff, is terrible for the body.

My nigga, you said
>my body is still hot and inflamed
That's a sign you don't workout. Again, your body only gets "fucked up" if you stress your back or knees. People who will outlive your fat ass actually workout, even if it means fucking up their knees. They always say it was worth it.

Also, you still didn't tell me your age, so I assume you're either a fat fuck in his 20s or an office stressed worker in his late thirties. Either way, it's never too late. To keep your body in shape.

>>61184112
your body adapts. first day on my physical job i was like wtf is this how is this possible. pro tip keep showing up and dont not show up. if ur bones arent broken ur fine
