Crash when?
>>61185625im told it's been happening for a year but all the prices on realtor look the same
when more people start dying and immigration tightens up so, pretty soon
>>61185625Never. Hard asset against imaginary fiat. It won’t crash.
>>61185625Boomers would rather take their house to the grave then sell to the next generation for a reasonable price
>>61185625The "crash" is that RE isn't keeping up with inflation. Prices go up but technically homes are devalued. Inflation roughly 3% and houses only going up around 2% on average. That's what this will look like for another year or two maybe before the next parabolic climb up once salaries catch up to inflation again.
>>61185625My populist banana government is subsidizing the purchase of new real state, the jew CEOs of the RE developers on TV with a huge grin on their face thanking the govt for bailing them out. Nothing is fairly priced, not even my boomer parents house. The only ones buying used property are cartels with a 100% downpayment, or other jews offering what I would call fair price: 30% to 40% below asking price. There isn't enough cash around to break the credit bubble.
>>61185625NEVERHouses have been valuable since the dawn of time.If you want to buy a house, you'll have to pull yourself up by your boot straps
>>61185625>money printer go burrrWhen the printing stops. So never. Inflation is a ratchet, it only goes one way and it’s not down.
>>61185859>immigration tightens upLmao
