Who do you think is going on those sites thinking they won't be profitable? Everyone goes thinking they're gonna find the next thing that goes 1000+x, loses a few thousand and then moves on. Then you have people on sites like this that try and pump whatever they bought (like LINK, XRP, Ripple) so they get some exit liquidity. Buy BTC if you really want to get into crypto.
