How much does a person actually need to live as a bare minimum?

unemployment is $420 a week in my country but they require you to apply for jobs (which is dumb because it just floods the job market with unqualified unemployed applicants).

Let's say you can return 10% per year, if you had 200k in a fund would 20k be enough to stop working?

I'm from germanistan and have to pay 400€ a month (200€ "health insurance", 200€ rent to my dad). In order to get by and I make 400-500€ from my wagie weekend job while I'm still studying cs.

I am actively losing money and the only reason I can afford to keep this going is because I bought LINK in the 2020 crash.
I refuse to settle for government gibs because I do not want to sit on the lap of the german taxpayer
