Can someone tell me why the ruble is so weak against the USD when they have 21% interest rates? They have so many resources and cant get to parity against my so called "mutted jewish shit hole" as they like to call it

Sanctions, people who trade with USD aren't allowed to do business with russia so no one wants to exchange their USD for rubles and even if they did the jewnited states wouldn't let them use their settlement system.
