Just decided to check my gold for the first time, uh, is this normal?
should not have checked, you lowered the resale value
>>61196866yea, modern gold bars are highly processed. They have to add the yellow color. it's just for aesthetics though and any gold dealer will be fine with it.
>>61196866that gold looks like it follows the tenets of judaism
It's a normal reaction when gold is exposed to air. You're not supposed to crack them open.
>>61196866There looks to be enough gold in there still. You're good to go.
How common is this jew jitsu?
>>61196955>former gold seller on ebayHaven't done it in few years but back in the day, this chink shit would be common. Gold coins with aluminum, silver coins made with copper. I wouldn't touch shit without my own test kit now days. They even have fake test kits that will ALWAYS show 24k. Same with those stupid diamond lasers.
>>61196955Buying gold from china and you get about a 95% chance of it happening. 5% chance it's worse & just gold colored.
>>61196866Beware of metal mixers
>>61196866>dear diary OP was a faggot again today
that's why you buy from reputable sellers and not try to find the cheapest shit on the market thinking you'll get a good deal
>>61196866yes, that's what reinforced pre-stressed gold looks like
>>61196866It's a rare composition only found in certain remote regions of China. it's actually worth 9k an oz.
Yes its totally fine and normal, gold is very soft and malleable so good quality bar manufacturers add support rods so theyre sturdy and dont bend in your pocket.
>>61196866Only in China
>>61197132>kek
i think thats called judai chocolate
>>61196866It is normal (normal as in, it is quite usual to find gold bars with hidden tungsten inside) but its not good for the price since its not actually a pure gold bar. My advice would be to close that shit and sell it as if it was pure gold (chances are the guy you bought it from came to the same conclusion).
>>61196866that's gold pressed latinum
mine looks squarish
>>61196866You got ripped off, mine have delicious chocolate inside.
It's normal. Mine has grey bars in It too.
>>61196989>Gold coins with aluminumsurely that would be both extremely obvious and more expensive than filling them with lead. so why not lead?
>>61196866yes goy thats very normal
>>61200138>>61200171These have more value than real gold
>>61200537You can't make a computer chip out of chocolate and sardines
>>61200743You can tune a guitar but you can't tuna fish.
>>61197386Best post. You could get someone to believe this.
>>61200310They use tungsten because its density is almost the same as (actually slightly higher than) gold.I'd guess that sintered tungsten could correctly match gold's density. Fortunately, there are ultrasonic testers that can still detect tungsten because the speed of sound traveling through tungsten is much higher than through gold.
>>61196866just paint it bro
