>In order to afford a $100 million house, you need to be at least a billionaire
>In order to even afford a $10 million cuckshed, you need to be giga rich at $100 million

This shit fucking sucks. The standard to make it big are ridiculously high.
>>
>>61209430
>house
>is actually just a bunch of boxes stacked on top of each other + some travertine
>>
>>61209444
That's the modern art aesthetic.
>>
>>61209430
You can buy a castle with a forest in Italy with that cash.
>>
>>61209450
it looks awful, like someone juiced up mcm
>>
>10 million dollars is a cuckshed
it's every fucking day with this board.
>>
>>61209430
All I want is a big multi-generational house in which we can have a comfortable middle-class lifestyle.
And by "multi-generational" I mean my kids and my future grandkids. My parents can get fucked.
>>
nobody needs more then 500sq ft
>>
Imagine spending 100 million in a glass box. With this money I buy a victorian castle.
>>
>>61209469
Who says your kids want to live with you

Multi generation living is dream that most can not live, and i speak from experience, fucking women drama most of time i tell you

It's possible if the shitcoins take off
>>
>>61209430
Just become a rentcuck. Yes it sucks but it's not that bad.

With a $1.5m annual income, you have $1m after tax, you can afford to pay 20-30k a month to rent a house that would cost $5-10million to buy.

Is that a giant mosquito net?
>>
If you couldn't be happy in a $2m home you wouldn't be happy in a $100m home
>>
>>61209798
I hate that Enes only tours Miami, LA, and Denver. Almost all of the price for the homes comes from the land.
>>
>>61209456
Don't buy a castle. Dan Pena said something breaks every 2 seconds.
>>
>>61209430
I'd rather have a small room and a nice gaming PC
>>
>>61209464
if you let this obvious demoralization thread get to you then its your fault

These are god awful; no security, no cover, anyone with a rifle could get a shot off on you while you're jacking off.
>>
>>61210891
just pay for 24/7 armed security
>>
>>61209430
It's the property taxes, taxes, and regulations that kill opportunities.

There are Japanese castles for sale for like $50,000
>>
>>61209430
this is disgusting and shouldn't exist. 100m can change the life of 100 people.
>>
>>61209856
I dont know, please expand on that
>>
>>61209430
this looks depressing to live in
>>
>>61209430
These homes are such ridiculous excess. There's no way that building is even close to 100M in value, nor that a single family could actually make use of the space. That's like a 3 family home with an amazingly inflated cost.
If you really want the space then there's much cheaper ways to get it. If your goal is to just spend 100M tho then I guess that's your mistake to make. Seems like an empty goal to me though.
>>
>>61209430
It's almost certainly the location and probably somewhere in California that Newsom & Co will *accidentally* burn down in the next few years.
Fuck that.
>>
>>61209798
>Pay $177m for a building with no walls.
Absolute pottery.
>>
>>61209430
man that shit is totally not worth it.
If you have the funds, it's better to buy nice big plot of land in an area that has good roads, utilities, and proximity to services. That's what I would do if I had the money. I definitely wouldn't buy a big house just for it to sit mostly empty.
>>
>>61210758
Why is dan pena salty about bitcoiners? They all consider 1 million making it then quit. The ones that didnt got murdered.
>>
I want the 50m dollar mansion. Give it to me straight bros, how do I make it and buy one.
>>
>>61209493
>fucking women drama most of time i tell you
jesus fucking christ women need to be beat more
>>

>implying anyone can be happy
anon, I...

If you're over 30, it's too late. Start sucking dicks for cash, post the videos of the act on OF, and then use the money to moonshot futures and memecoins.
>>
>>61209444
And too many outdoor furnitute for comfort. Imagine hauling all of that on rainy season.
>>
Build it from scratch. Thats a mountain.
>>
>>61209430
High real estate prices are the consequences of the masses not investing their money outside of the house. It is the most valuable possession they have, so it gets treated like a source of retirement funds.
>>
>>61209430
I could get a much better property than that for 100 million
>>
>>61209856
Looks like the art that one Podesta brother has in his house
>>
>>61217602
you're the epitome of ngmi
when you're that rich you don't move anything or do chores
