While AI won't render everyone's job useless, it can def do junior level work and better, it just needs a senior with vision to drive. So instead of seniors training juniors, we can now skip that and just use AI tooling to sketch up quick solutions with less risk that comes from retarded zoomers doing dumb shit and being emotional. That's not to say juniors won't be hired from here on out, but its going to be much more difficult for them to get a job. My best advice to people coming into the workforce is to start getting creative about how you're going to make money.
