Even the new altcoin ETF's aren't doing jackshit. It's simple, Warren Buffett was right all along, he frontran everyone else loading up on cash. The exchanges, Buffett, etc. ALL know what's coming. Hence why they're offloading crypto gradually but not enough to scare retail out of their bags entirely. They need that exit liquidity after all.
