So, I've been doing some research on the digital art market. I noticed that big names in the hentai and nsfw art markets are still making decent bank on patreon. Around 5k a month at the low end and 20k a month at the high end.ai, has reached a point where (no offense to these artists) is technically better. Better anatomy, better lighting, better designs and better everything. When people can generate their waifus for free, why are people still supporting artists on patreon? It makes no sense to me. Anyone in the art or entertainment business that can explain this?
>>61225009People just tend to forget to delete their subscriptions.I suppose the only way to best AI in this market is to appeal to a specitic fetish you have built upon years. Not calling it art tho, since it would require to fill many conditions to be regarded as such.

AI is just CG, CGI, and art is physical only, cannot be digital. There's no such thing as digital art. This is not a subjective matter, like many falsely assume. Those individuals you reference are creating images. There is no lighting, scale is nonexistent, and it's not real. Try passing this endeavor off as art to a stranger and they will laugh at you. Plus you'd need a device and a screen to show them. You clearly haven't thought any of this out. It's not worth doing, but then again maybe people are really that dumb now.
