>decided to get into stock trading
>thing is red
>i buy
>next morning
>thing is green
>i sell
>made 40 bucks
It's literally that easy?
>>
>>61238264
>40 bucks
yeah and you barely made even after accounting for fees lmao
>>
>>61238272
The fee was literally 1€ lol
>>
Yes its that easy
Welcome to the club young man
Wait until you learn about options
>>
>>61238264
Yes until you’re playing with volume. Pretty low risk to make bets when you’re dealing with a couple of thousand bucks. If you lose it you can make it back from one wagie check. When you get into high six figures or seven plus you think twice about putting all your money into something because even a small 2% dip becomes months of waging and a 10-15% dip might be an entire year’s salary you could lose in a day. I have multiple times now watched my portfolio fluctuate $500k+ within a week in assets I believe in. Imagine throwing everything into a gamble you aren’t event 100% sure about hoping for green the next morning. Not worth the stress.
>>
dont forget to pay taxes on it
>>
>>61238272
Who still pays fees these days?
>>
>>61238264
It's that easy, until you become bagholder.
>>
>>61238264
No, because if you repeat this 10 times, you will end up losing at least 1/3 to 2/3s of your account.
>>
>>61238264
Well you need to know why it turned green, otherwise you're just gambling obviously.
>>
>>61238264
Yes. It unironically is that easy. Retards /biz/ actually never seen to sell green and buy red.
>>
>>61238332
>$1200 a month
better than nothing honestly; its amazing how many people dont at least start here
>>
>>61238272
What fees? Stock brokers don’t charge fees unlike the gay cex and dex you’re used to, dumbass crypto faggot
>>
>>61238344
yeah right
>>
>>61238344
>>61238281
>no fees
>op literally paid fees lmao

that's true
most brokerages in the US don't charge fees for share transactions
the only thing mine charges fees on is options, and I think those can be waived somehow...

Try SPX options next. I had some SPX monday expiry options in my watch list yesterday, and on just this move, one contract went x3, from sub 1k to 3k in 2 hours
>>
>>61238332
1200 is more than my monthly wage. If I ever start making over 3k a month from stocks that's when I'll retire
>>
>>61238307
this
>>
>>61238264
What if you do this on 10 stocks and it turns out you have to wait 10 days for that first green day for 7 of them? Still worth it?
>>
>>61238535
Options valuations have absolutely loony tunes rollercoaster tycoon swings, it looks probably scary to novices seeing your entire account deep in the red for the day basically as a function of almost noise.
>>
Easy come easy go.
>>
>>61238289
tax free in sweden up to $30k
>>
>>61238762
In Germany only tax free until 1k. Then we get assraped with 25%. Get me out of this shithole.
>>
>>61238801
>but muh healthcare

Get fucked euroslime
>>
>>61238264

>>
>>61238264

>>
>>61238880

If you have 8 figures in your account you probably work as a lawyer anyway so why the fuck do you care? You're not investing to "make it and fuck sluts in japan/thailand/whatever" you're investing because you're a new york jew bigshot flexing on people with insider trading.
>>
>>61238311
I am going to repeat this 10 times.

>>61238722
'luck' is really just the continuation of a bullish trend. If you assume nvidia will keep going up then watch for a 1-2% dip in the morning, set your buy and then sell when it goes back up 2-3%. If it doesn't, then sell when it does, since nvidia is in a bull trend. Easy, no?
