Can someone tell me whats the point of these? Why so many? RippleDollar, USD1 from Trump and now WesternUnion is bringing out their stable coin. If they were truly stable only one would be needed for any currency. How come we only see them backed by the USD but never by CHF. Swiss money has been more stable in the last 20 years.

Ultimately, money was created to settle blood feuds, and the true backing of any currency is blood and military intimidation.

Why work for a small part of something, if you can take it all?

The inevitability of retaliation costs more than the potential of profit.

Thus, we work for a mere fraction and then pay taxes on that.

This, is because the FED has a monopoly on issuing currency, and if anyone creates their own currency, the hammer of military might crashed down on their heads.

Why didn't the states create currency during the great depression?
>Federal Troops

Think about it, what sense does this make?

>money was created to settle blood feuds
it emerged via a bottom up market process, as demonstrated by the regression theorem
