Honey is simple tho. Goats are assholes, milking them is harder than cows, and if you're going for meat, only specific cultures really partake in it. That can be a boon or a problem depending on where you are. I'd look into growing stuff, or mushrooms (dried) can be good. But that depends on your climate and potential market. Feeding yourself is way easier than trying to turn a profit on it.
