Why would they create a value recapture program with buybacks weekly in August if a genuine promoter of token value via staking was around the corner in November? Doesn’t make sense.

SWIFT and multi org go live this year to early 2026 is a definitive yes, but more than likely off chain deals with money straight to CLL. CLL will then decide what portion gets paid to nodes as we have for the last few years all the same.

Once this model is proven at the institutional level over 2-3 years, it’s likely staking starts being implemented. It’s stupid to assume worlds value will suddenly go live with a mechanism for value protection that hasn’t even yet been tested in the crypto world.

It’ll first go live for DeFi and later once verified multinational orgs will trust it
