Absolutely not unless there's something crazy like a major world event or scandal. Probably not likely anytime soon. Solana and Monad do not have perfect overlap in everything they can do. Trading Ethereum on Monad at Solana speeds with less MEV leakage plus liquid staking and other cool shit is pretty fuckin great. But I do suggest reading up on what Monad does differently and better, and to look at the number and caliber of firms that have lined up behind it. Look at the testnet tester reviews of the dApps in its ecosystem. If you're really new, aPriori is still pretty volatile since it was just listed several days ago and probably not something a newb might be able to endure psychologically with all the swings and volatility that come with newly listed crypto. The same will probably apply to Monad for the first week or two after listing. For seasoned investors, though, if you take time to do your research you'll see the immense potential in both MON and APR. The technology is great, the ecosystem is great, it fills several needs, and the investment firms supporting these projects are successful and well respected. But don't take my word for it or any other crypto investment. Do the research, educate yourself on the market, and come to your own conclusions. Try to find out what the downsides might be. Never automatically trust a post here. You can, however, always look into things mentioned here safely and use that research to inform your decisions.
