i dont get ai and i dont want to. seethe

The whole china trade war (and deal) was dealing with things like REMs and chips. So what do YOU think, is the USA using the entire might of it's foreign policy just to support something that is an economic bubble?
>>
>>61244724
yes
>>
>>61244724
probably
>>
>>61244708
Absolutely not. AI will replace everything. AGI is coming soon. Mr. Altman only needs one more trillion and 60 new datacenters and singularity will be achieved.

That's what boomer jews who need line to go up forever would do, so yes.

>everybody wants ai because it's the new internet

AI can't be real just like point, usdc rewards on houdini that's real
>>
>>61246228
I’d rather exist in a fake AI hug box than deal with a decade of the increasingly jeet filled internet
>>
>>61244708
Obviously. Every AI company is lying about what it's truly capable of, and what it can deliver. It's just like the dot com bubble, maybe even worse.

the dotcom promises were delivered eventually thoughbeit
>>
>>61246509
Obviously, and still what I said is true.

Sure, 10 years after the crash.
Say we get AGI in 30 years, well that would be something in 2055 but it won't help the economy much now.

I can't use a crt anymore because the 15khz tone and flicker are brain melting.
I have to cope with shaders

The most obvious problem with the AI hype is that these video cards and data centres need to turn a profit immediately.

It's like these retards never bought a GPU before. Shit has a shelf life.

America really is gonna be his next bankruptcy huh

This is the real black swan and nobody realizes it yet. All the midwits comparing this to the dotcom bubble don't realize that the AI bubble is way worse because GPUs have a limited lifespan. The massive fiber optic infrastructure buildout during the dotcom bubble was eventually reused, but it's physically impossible for tech companies to realize a profit before all of the GPUs they bought go bad.

>magic talking god AI that makes skynet look like baby is bubble

Massive cope

I'm not bearish enough.

You don’t need an AGI to profit from a monopoly on ai and its data. Whole industries, (e.g accounting, warehouse labor) are about to be owned by the winners.
