So every time tards get rinsed, even more of the volume moves onto perps. meanwhile nobody's buying spot so the price doesn't actually go up, and since spot is dead it becomes more and more trivial for exchanges and whale hunters to shove the price down. which causes the next wave of liquidations, retards get even more desperate, use even more leverage, price becomes even more manipulable, etc. Repeat this until every leverage monkey is literally dead. And even then the price still doesn't go up because who the fuck buys dead altcoins that are down 99%. They just flatline and new coins show up 3 years from now for new retards to buy.
