adding to this, RC doesn't need to be involved directly with BBBY in order to get help from ICahn to form some holding company to slurp up a bunch of assets that would make bad actors on wallstreet very upset.

The bbby board would have absolutely no fiduciary duty to Ryan as he had already sold when he offered to buy the company. If bbby owes him money it’s likely because he is a bond holder and it’s interesting that no one has made that inference based on the information available.

At least we can all agree that the fact that BBBY(OverStock) issued a crypto dividend to try and shake illegal naked short sellers just 5 years ago, and they bought all the BBBY IP, and they issued warrants that match the date of GME's warrants, and BBBY's warrant share a CUSIP-6 with BBBYQ, and Ryan Cohen - the CEO of GameStop - is a creditor in the BBBYQ chapter 11, and how RC even tried to buy the company (Bed Bath & Beyond) in december 2022, after which the best m&a (and most expensive) software suite on the planet listed the company as sold are definitely extremely fascinating events surrounding the CEO of the Company that I hold shares in.

What's also fascinating is this subtle FUD over the years of being scared to say that your invested primarily for a massive short squeeze as investing in a company because you think it will squeeze is perfectly legal, you are simply predicting that a future market event will cause a massive price increase, BUT coordinating or otherwise attempting to manipulate the market or cause a short squeeze IS illegal.

Why is this stock back to trading flat after one of the best earnings in 10 years heading into an even more profitable Q3 and Q4? We are lower than the previous earning, lower than without the warrants even. This is retarded. Earnings are better, fundamentals are fixed, i keep buying but im flat with no fucking change. Meanwhile my friends are living high on the hog with Nvidia circle jerking the entire tech economy trading fake money back and forth to hype earnings further with a diminishing return in AI advancement. I cant afford to get a home because my taxes are given to migrant subsidy programs who buy homes and are given a stipend and SNAP. I am paying for me a gf who is a leech and doesnt want to work, and minorities to flourish. everything is backwards and upside-down. Its satanic. Is this a test God? Because I dont know what to do. Dear PSA Research Team:

The following 1999 Unlimited Base Set 1 Pre "Kadabra Controversy" card is a potential Category Apex Asset, not just within the Pokemon TCG error card collectable sphere, but across a wider range for all error prints in the mass-produced collectable art, sports card and comic book sphere due to a combination of multiple stage failures in the printing process and escape through stringent quality control that would otherwise have seen the card destroyed by the manufacturer.

Personally dubbed by the Pedigree 1 Owner as "The One Kadabra", the card features a compound of the following errors.

1. A small red printer hickey on the upper left border surrounding the Pokemon illustration.
2. A Moderate to large red printer hickey within the artwork of the Pokemon illustration to the right-hand side of Kadabra's spoon wielding hand, prominently visible within the standard red circle in the background art.
3. A small cyan printer hickey in the purple aura surrounding Kadabra's right-hand pinky.
4. An approximate 30/70 Left and bottom off center front of the card.
5. An approximate 50/50 centered back of the card, presenting a front-back misalignment error.
>>
2/3
In doing extensive research, while printer hickies themselves are one of the most common errors with Pokemon Error card collecting, with triplicate hickies being somewhat more exclusive (A located Base 1 Ponyta with 3 tiny hickies of the same hue was located, for example), this series of hickies within the Pokemon series is almost unheard of specifically due to two different hued hickies on the same card, indicative of a double phased error where dust, hair or or micro-particles impeded the printing process on two separate ink jets.

Furthermore, Front-Back Misalignment errors have a significantly smaller population than regular hickies, often due to quick identification and destruction due to quality control procedures. It is important to note, this does place it in a different population than the infamous Inverted and Miscut cards, while impressive and had even captured a Base 1 Charizard in it's run, has a large documented population.

The combination, in easy-to-produce documentation, competitor CGC, that has a keen focus on error cards, placed it as "Unique".

For my personal research, I delved through a litany of error collections, social media searches, error collecting forums, Google searches, collectable grading forums, AI assisted deep searches, auction houses, and even imageboards to attempt to find a population across all of sports card, non-sports cards and comic books to compare this forensic specimen to.

I found none.
>>
File: 1712840781641719.jpg (197 KB, 976x925)

>3/3

The closest I found within Pokemon, was an undescribed set Pokemon with no confirming image with ONE hickey and front-back misaligned, which prompted CGC staff to contact the individual in private consultation, after which the trail goes quiet.
There is a 1966 memorabilia card in which there is an extreme population of white printer hickeys on a black and white card.
There is a 1988 comic book in which there is a debatable triplicate printer dots in two different colors due to the 3rd, alternating colored dot in error cyan was partially printed over in another phase by the standard red ink of the boarder.

I did a wide search through Goldin and PWCC for any sales of this particular combination of errors, let alone any combination of errors, to which the inverted and miscut combo was the best I could find for error combos, delving back to 1909 timestamped with the legendary White Border Honus Wagner cards.

From an error card enthusiast's perspective, the odds of this multi-phase error escaping quality control are profound, to somewhat unsettling, to the point of a confirmed authentic comparable specimen being closure on the matter rather than a let-down.

The card was unsealed my myself as a small child in Corlette, NSW, Australia, and had been kept in storage for over 2 decades in a dustproof 90's tupperware container. This card experienced a significant amount of fondling as indicative of the dust and grime on the surfaces and significant whitening of the edges and corners, to which specialist recommendation is to NOT have the card cleaned for forensic purposes, and spurred my love for error card from the very beginning.

Thank you for assisting in the investigation of this matter.

Bed Bath & Beyond’s evolution under Beyond, Inc. (NYSE: BYON) continues to capture attention in ways few would have predicted after the bankruptcy filings of 2023. The brand relaunch through BedBathandBeyond.com, the modest price tag of roughly 26 million dollars for the combined acquisitions of Bed Bath & Beyond and BuyBuy BABY, and whispers of a 2025 return to select physical storefronts point to a transformation that is leaner and potentially more impactful. At the same time, a more intricate story is unfolding behind the scenes, and it stretches well beyond simple corporate restructuring.

Much of the speculation involves Ryan Cohen and the puzzle of how GameStop, BBBY, insider moves, and heavily redacted court proceedings might be interlinked. Questions abound regarding Shelly Lombard, personally chosen by Cohen, who appears to be absent from a fraud lawsuit that names nearly every other key player. Her decision to retain Nick Lewin, a seasoned national security prosecutor rather than the typical corporate attorney, has ignited theories that something more significant is brewing. Hindenburg Research abruptly shut down around the same time, which raises further eyebrows among those who view it as a short-seller tool for deep-pocketed Wall Street interests. It isn’t hard to wonder why so much effort goes into dismissing these connections as mere “conspiracy” when the underlying data, market behavior, and court docket redactions consistently indicate that a high-stakes game is underway.
>>
>>61251299
Retail investors who have tracked the storyline note that insider buying at GameStop has been almost nonexistent, except for Larry Cheng. They point to Cheng’s background in capital markets and his past appearance on a niche podcast where Bed Bath & Beyond was discussed, interpreting this as another clue that certain individuals are positioning themselves quietly. In parallel, institutions like Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan have been purchasing bonds at a pace that does not fit the narrative of a “dead” company. The question of why these seasoned financial powerhouses would allocate capital to a supposedly failing enterprise only deepens the suspicion that something major has yet to be revealed.

The cast of characters grows even more intriguing when examining cameo appearances by Roaring Kitty, who briefly mentioned BBBY on his stream after years of relative silence, and Brett Icahn, who has faded from the public eye. Docket information shows Ryan Cohen appearing in multiple roles at once—debtor, creditor, and interested party—which does not fit the usual playbook for a straightforward bankruptcy or brand buyout. High-level financial firms such as 6th Street are lining up for access to redacted court details, and the presence of organizations connected to high-profile public figures only fuels the notion that there is a bigger plan in motion. Seemingly random moments, like Patty Wu dressing up like a pirate on social media or Paris Hilton following certain online personalities, have become lore among the investor community. Whether these moves are strategic breadcrumbs or distractions, they point to a far more convoluted situation than standard corporate drama.
>>
>>61251299
>>61251305
Wrong thread
>>
>>61251305
Within all of this, Bed Bath & Beyond still holds valuable brand equity. At one time, it generated multi-billion-dollar revenues, so the potential for a comeback is not purely hypothetical. Macroeconomic factors in 2025 look more favorable as inflation cools and consumer spending rebounds, opening the door for new retail success stories. The online relaunch has already sparked renewed interest, and rumors of a “non-traditional” physical footprint could complement the e-commerce platform. If pending litigation outcomes direct fresh capital or settlement funds to Beyond, Inc., the brand might reclaim a larger share of the home-goods market than many anticipate. Adding to the momentum is the ongoing fascination with the stock across social media channels, where calls for a broader investigation into market manipulation intersect with bullish projections for the retailer itself.

Whether it is the alleged involvement of Ryan Cohen, the top-tier legal teams, or the hush-hush court dockets, there is little doubt that something unusual is happening behind the curtains. Mainstream financial outlets may dismiss the chatter as conspiracy theory, but retail investors and a growing number of analysts see an interconnected web of corporate interests, political connections, and legacy institutions jockeying for position. The abrupt closure of certain research outfits, the conspicuous silence of key insider figures, and the rumored alignment of global personalities all point to a story larger than a single retailer’s battle for survival. What unfolds could either confirm the suspicions of a massive coordinated effort or reveal a simpler explanation that merges standard bankruptcy proceedings with an opportunistic rebranding campaign. For now, this remains one of the most captivating, and at times confounding, developments in the market, where the line between strategy and subterfuge seems to grow blurrier by the day.
>>
>>61251316
BBBY posts are far from off-topic if you understand the bigger picture connecting Bed Bath & Beyond (Ticker: BBBY) and GameStop (Ticker: GME). In fact, the interplay of events around these two companies is so entangled that ignoring one while focusing on the other overlooks the fundamental thread uniting them. Start with Ryan Cohen, a linchpin figure who gained fame steering GameStop through a transformational phase and who also emerged as a central, though sometimes cryptic, participant in BBBY’s saga. He has shaped board appointments, engaged in strategic discussions, and sparked a swirl of rumors each time his name appears in a filing. That alone intertwines these tickers in a way that cannot be dismissed.

Consider the legal complexities. There are countless redactions in court dockets tied to BBBY’s bankruptcy proceedings. For some reason, these filings invoke a level of curiosity usually reserved for major financial controversies. Why maintain such secrecy unless the stakes are higher and broader? Investors in GameStop recall the intense focus on short positions, alleged market manipulation, and sudden spikes in volatility. That same drama now seems to trail BBBY. The common denominator is not just Cohen’s involvement; it is the broader pattern of behind-the-scenes moves, abrupt insider shifts, and notable legal maneuvers that have turned both companies into case studies of a modern-day David-versus-Goliath narrative. Retail investors accuse institutional players of orchestrating clandestine campaigns to undermine, short, or otherwise control outcomes.
>>
>>61251323
Add to this the hush-hush board activities and the use of specialized lawyers linked to national security. It becomes clear that those calling these connections “off-topic” may be missing how these developments are interwoven. Look at the pattern. Corporate insiders vanish from public view or go silent. Big-name short research outfits mysteriously close up shop. Major banks show up buying bonds in companies the mainstream media claims have no future. It mirrors the script that surrounded GameStop in 2021, although the stakes here could be even higher. GME’s earlier transformation caught much of Wall Street by surprise, and BBBY’s strong brand recognition and once-massive revenue base add another level of complexity.

If you take a broader view beyond the basic question of who is buying or selling, you see cameo appearances by figures like Roaring Kitty. His mention of BBBY on his stream has sparked speculation that something bigger is unfolding. There is also Brett Icahn’s puzzling radio silence, which stands in stark contrast to his normally high-profile dealmaking. These details are rarely as random as they might look. They connect back to Cohen, to labyrinthine litigation, and to the possibility of a multi-front chess match involving GME, BBBY, and perhaps other well-known retail chains. Even the current macro environment, with inflation cooling and consumer spending on an upswing, supports the idea that a well-timed union of these brands, or a coordinated restructuring featuring elements like an NFT-oriented ecosystem or digital coupon strategy, could forge a retail empire that merges investor devotion with mainstream consumer appeal.

>Bed Bath & Beyond still holds valuable brand equity
>>
>>61251330
At this point, we have a mosaic that includes mounting evidence of bond purchases by elite institutions, allegations that certain voices online may be astroturfing capitulation narratives, and speculation about closed-door negotiations featuring the same cast of characters moving back and forth between these tickers. This is not a wild conspiracy theory invented by novices; it is a confluence of corporate disclosures, obscure legal documents, and oddly timed media coverage hinting at a deeper story. So when someone says these posts are off-topic, they are overlooking the overarching plot line that ties BBBY and GME together. This thread is woven through redacted court files, cryptic social media teases, insider intrigue, and the footprints of big institutions all converging on the battlefield of retail investing. Ignoring these links is like skipping the second half of a novel just because the plot gets complicated. The interdependencies remain, recognized or not, and anyone who has been following the details can sense the building momentum.

Today an ape died…
My 83 year old ex mother in law died.. She had no DRS’ed shares, but she once showed me that she bought 50 shares pre split, so she must have had 200 shares post split, and she took them with her in the grave..

She was the most fantastic old woman, and I’m really gonna miss her.. the only reason why she bought the shares in the first place, was because I told her about how Ryan Cohen build Chewy, and how he treated Chewy’s customers, - I remember her saying something like this “ If he believes in GameStop, I do too”.. or something that meant the same..
she.. newer sold a single share… Rest in peace

It spent 25 years in a tupperwear container, a few more days of light exposure ain't that serious while I get that sorted, as long as home invaders go after the card instead of my favourite BBQ sauce in a worse case scenario.

steam deck anon here. updating you guys to let you know i am playing ninja gaiden black on steam deck for the first time, and have played sigma before. so basically black is aesthetically nicer, has better gameplay tunings(essence system is better for UT), and BELIEVE IT OR NOT due to it having a better essence system it's actually easier than Sigma. I'm currently playing with lossless scaling off xemu from the appstore(yes steamOS has xemu in its appstore kek). worth my time 100% to get working. there is apparently slightly more story content in Black that gives context to some stuff that was cut in Sigma, and also no motorcycle retards like Sigma apparently which is really nice.

I'll have to try stubbs bbq sauce. Right now I have famous Dave's rich and sassy, and it's ok. A little sweet and way too thin.
>>
>>61253421
I'll have to try it. Stubb's isn't overly sweet and it's slightly thicker than brand, I'm used to squeeze sauce bottles being an Aussie, so I usually overdo it with the BBQ, although it's not sickly in heavy doses.

Speaking of sauces, I hope Nando's brings back the pepper sauce one day, I was straight addicted to it, then it was discontinued.

I chucked a silica packet in there for good measure, it was decent advice.

Profitability will be impossible to ignore forever. Markets are supposed to be flexible and supply and demand are supposed to be free to adjust along with price. But when you have price controls such as shorts needing the price to be $23 at a certain date, you can only exacerbate the problem as the core business continues to improve. It's actually absurd the price we are at when you consider all of the progress made to the top and bottom line. We're also now cash flow positive during our worst quarters. Not to mention those warrants were a massive dividend we all received. Once the shorts allow GME to run those warrants are going to be moving as well. It's pretty amazing, but those warrants are worth $700-800 for me right now. Thanks Ryan!

The banks and Wallstreet can manager the paper-ponzi with two things: Participation of the domestic citizenry and participation of the international trading partners. China shutting down the export of rare earth elements was raising the stakes to dangerous levels. Gold was reacting in kind, because the American economy actually can't inflate itself properly without endless goods and services and consumables to hide inflation. If China were to walk away as a trading partner, the amount of cash being spend by the government and Wallstreet would not have anywhere to go. There would be less things to buy and hence your money would be worth less. The bond market would not be able to keep up with inflation in that kind of environment. Financial assets seeking the safety of real-world commodities is the death sentence as there is not enough liquidity for the musical-chairs participants to sit down. It's all over if trade breaks down. It's also over if foreigners stop buying our debt as well.
