Why trade low dtes? If you go 45DTE+ at .5 delta you get much more leverage and time

bumping for insights on this shiti lost $500 putting $1.50 strikes on a one week long PUT option. The stock hit $1.53 at closing and my put vanished lol then the following monday the stock crashed to $1.30If I had just extended the option PUT or whatever one more week i'd been in some decent money.Learned my lesson on that I guess, or not. I don't think I learned anything really.

How does it work? Seems like good dosh if you hit it, but everything seems to drop like a rock as soon as day starts. So, a stock needs to climb like $2 within the day to $15 and drops to like $9...just because.
