Why anyone pay 5 millions for a 270 days visa instead of just get a student visa through MBA? Or just a regular travel 90 days visa?

I thought it was like you get a green card and for 270 days pay no taxes. But yeah kinda weird.

This. I can see the niche.
It's honestly better than being a US green card holder or citizen in many ways.
WTF do you get being a citizen?
>have to pay taxes in the US
>have to pay taxes outside the US
>have to go to jury duty
>more days to get shot
>no health insurance
>out of network hospital and you go bankrupt even with insurance
>get ambulanced and go bankrupt
Nah. 270/365 days in the US is already too many.

Real question for billionaires is if it's 1 time or every year.

>just get a student visa
Even Canada is cracking down on student visa fraud.

It's meant to entice the rich people who have the money to spend on it

You still pay taxes except what you make outside USA. There is no benefits, you are not a citizen and have no protection from USA government.

I’m sure it comes with a dinner with the man himself to discuss things
