I was talking about this on Monday. Several Mag 7 companies lack the liquidity to invest in the infrastructure out right in the time scale they want to run at. Some of these companies are already selling ‘Hyperscaler Bonds’ to whatever banks will buy. BoA came out and said ‘get fucked. GL with your ventures we aint touching that shit’. Current sentiment is extreme, but optimistic caution as economists have begun crunching numbers.

Coreweave…I don’t know. That article props them up as the ‘Essential Cloud’ is utter bullshit:

Amazon
Meta
Google
Microsoft

It will be those four capable of eventually having the facilities and infrastructure. Coreweave just took a HUGE gamble betting to keep relevant against Amazon, Google and Microsoft. Their only current play is offering compute at a lower price in hopes of drumming up lucrative contracts. Or they get to a point they become insolvent and are bought out/bailed out.

But AI is not a scam. We are at the threshold of the next industrial revolution as society races to AGI. From the company making the back hoes to prep the ground for a new cloud facility to the company making the processors, just about everything in between will print; some companies will not make it.

The problem is where is the capital going to come from? The largest gold and silver deposit in US territory is in Alaska currently wrapped up in EPA lawsuits. The stake is worth trillions. But fuck if I know. If anyone is crafty at making money, well…Americans can sell ice to an eskimo.

He may be dumb but he's not entirely wrong.

I could go on and on about why, but AI is still fundamentally on overly complex tagging system.
People think about it that way when they make >>61320483, "anime art style, booba, misato, tshirt, suspenders, shop, goodyear tire", but LLMs really do function a lot like this in the way they think.

Devs have gotten good at masking this with finetuned experts withing the larger to beat benchmarks and create the illusion of general progress.

If you ever want to see just how limited and rudimentary it actually remains, try and get it to recommend you media based on media you like.
Video games, tv, arthouse cinema, books, whatever.
It has not gotten any better at this since the first iteration of GPT because all it can do is think in tags "fantasy, grimdark, young adult, etc etc". This isn't how humans think about these things.

Oh and on top of this there's still the memory problem which isn't going to be solved without a fundamental rework of how the tech works. You'd basically need to reinvent AI to fix it without unironically building NFL football sized stadium data centers on the moon like Elon wants.
>>
>>61320523
Not to mention.
1) There is no more data to train AI on
2) As more AI slop is created, AI slop will be increasingly used to train AI. Slop squared.
>>

The current best AIs have around 120 IQ, and it will likely not reach 130 for many years.
But that doesn't matter. Because to get a personal assistant that knows everything about your life and who shops a bag of cornflakes for you while also searching 4chan for the threads you probabilistically find the most interesting isn't a 130 IQ task. It's a task that requires a current IQ with a massive expanded context window -- compute.
And everyone wants that assistant.

Right again what I'm trying to tell you is that a lot of those numbers are fudged.

They have to use standardized tests to compare models but the models all use experts fine tuned to hack the tests.

A good example is the "Needle in the Haystack" benchmark where models claim to be able to handle huge context lengths by being able to churn through a book and answer a specific question.
Retards see Google do this and celebrate in the streets.
But if you've ever actually USED AI at longer contexts, including the models claiming to ace that test, you know it falls apart after 15k--25k tokens of context length.

There are numerous examples like this.
Doesn't mean AI isn't useful, I use it every day.
But all models bakers are fudging the figures by hacking the tests.

Only someone who doesn't use it on a daily basis for anything and everything (like myself) could believe AI has an IQ of 120. It makes very basic mistakes regularly that not even downy would make when there's a conflict with its ability to fit ideas into discreet tags.

The claim you've made is like saying:
>AI is as good as a senior at at art school
In some ways sure and its really impressive, but at other times, it'll get caught up on itself and draw hideously bad shit a middle schooler would laugh at.
Because it still, despite bamboozling some easily duped retards, is just about the tags. If it can't tag the problem, it can't solve it.

AI does not have intuition in the meta-linguistic sense.

What. Yes we do. If I know you like dark fantasy, I'm going to recommend you a book descriped as dark fantasy that is generally considered to be a good book. It can't give subjective oppinion for obvious reasons but it can reason popularity from review scores. If you were able to peer inside the inner workings of a simple person, an idiot, the process that leads to a constructed thought would shock you.

I'm not trying to sound snarky, but what you perhaps do realize but what I and >>61320576 have often encountered is that there are many relevant concepts that do not actually have a name. You can't refer to them, just describe them, and sometimes this description is very long indeed. This is one of the deathknells for true intelligent LLMs.
But it doesn't matter. Imagine current LLMs with 10 million context window which permanently knows literally all your preferences and in essence "learns" (not actually, but gradually adding to its stored permanent memory). It's a boon.

Mainly coding:
-Obscure error messages with barely no results on Google. Don't know how the fuck he knows them.
-You can copy/paste long text of errors and he would save you 20min of squinting at it, pinpointing exactly the problem.
-Copy paste pages of a poorly written library doc and ask it how to do a specific thing.
-Explain some concepts, last one was "hexagonal architecture", which is actually quite simple but often presented in an overly complicated way like pic related. As with a teacher you can ask him to dumb it down, ask it to assess your rephrasing etc.
-Explain bits of code, last one was "type Record<K extends keyof any, T> = {[P in K]:T;};"

It saves a lot of time. I still double check whatever he says.
>>
If an LLM is smarter than you then you probably overestimate your own IQ.
>>
>>61320523
>This isn't how humans think about these things.

This is where retards like you always get confused. You think humans are smarter than they are. You think YOU are smarter than you are. But you're not.

Literally EVERYTHING about the brain is an "overly complex tagging system" you retard, everything has a tag and a sub-tag and a sub-tag and so on. It's tags all the way down, because "tagging" something makes it known and understood. Categorized and comprehended. Right now AI is in its infancy but is being pumped by companies as being "advanced" even though it isn't (yet) because that's how you make money and attract investors. The more datacenters you build with that money, the more that same tagging system gets more complex and interconnected. More sub-categories for more "tags". More capacity for memory. The potential is literally infinite. It is the future not because we want it, but because it is the natural course of action.

>>61320527
AI slop is merely a byproduct of humanity itself, not AI. It is inconsequential to the larger picture, and while it may muddy the waters, slow down progress, and give fuel to retards like you to continue scoffing at AI, none of it matters in the long-term.

The more data AI will be able to process, the better it will become at differentiating between human input and recursive AI slop input, just like every other imaginable category it pertains to. It's so difficult explaining this to people, especially older retards with grandiose complexes who think they got the world figured out, how much potential is within AI. It's like explaining the jet engine to a fucking medieval peasant.

Don't try to explain it to morons. There's no point. Let them be wrong, let them be left behind, even, if they insist upon it. The reality is very simple, and that is that digital neurons in computer and biological neurons in human beings compute things in exactly the same way. In terms of logical circuitry, the neurons are exactly the same. So the potential of AI is no less than the potential of any human brain. It really is that simple, and only a matter of time. Anyone too retarded to grasp that is free to continue being flabbergasted at reality for the next 50 years.

The entire Danish market (and economy) has become fat jabs which is still massively overvalued.

1. Production cannot scale on this product due to its inputs - it will always be a scarce resource, unaffordable to most and with question marks on long-term benefit.

2. Novo Nordisk now has competitors everywhere, they probably don't have the best product on the market but merely first-mover advantage which is shortening.

Bet on this and you bet on the initial indicators of GLP-1s causing a small baby bump to indicating a fertility wonder-drug (possible and perfect, short expensive treatments for 40 something professionals). That's it.

Denmark is Taiwan in 10 years.

Companies will build humanoid robots that navigate the world and gather visual and auditory data and build motor skills and train neural nets on it, just like a human child / adolescent. People will delightedly interact with these robots despite your most fervent tard protestations, helping the neural nets learn even more all the while. The neural nets will quickly know how to do everything a human does, and I mean everything. There is absolutely nothing you can do about it.

INTUITION AND INSPIRATION
November 14
. . . we ask God for inspiration, an intuitive thought or a decision. We relax and take it easy. We don't struggle.

ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS, p. 86

I invest my time in what I truly love. Step Eleven is a discipline that allows me and my Higher Power to be together, reminding me that, with God's help, intuition and inspiration are possible. Practice of the Step brings on selflove. In a consistent attempt to improve my conscious contact with a Higher Power, I am subtly reminded of my unhealthy past, with its patterns of grandiose thinking and false feelings of omnipotence. When I ask for the power to carry out God's will for me, I am made aware of my powerlessness. Humility and a healthy selflove are compatible, a direct result of working Step Eleven.

My portfolio is about to take a -5% or greater hit for the second time this week. I thank God every day that I am of a sound sober mind to handle the market the way it is these last 4 weeks. I am powerless. Today I will ask God for inspiration, today I will take it easy. It will be many weeks before the damage from the past 2 are undone, all I can do is practice humility and selflove.

Its mainly down because they didnt even release CPI which is the only time in history that has happened. There's even rumours they have the CPI data but its so bad and thats why it wasn't released. Tariffs are having no meaningful effect on the national debt.
Earnings have been good, but stock prices have drastically outpaced earnings, hence the average P/E ratio now being 450.
Rates are being retardedly cut despite inflation still being substantially elevated for 6 years and counting.
But for simplicity's sake, let's assume everything is indeed good. That's wonderful. Hence the S&P 500 being up 20% per year on average for 10 fucking years straight. How much is enough for you diaper pissing faggots?

BTC is clinging on with its fingernails here, think the chances are it might wick down a bit more maybe to yearly open at 92k or so, then it has a chance of rebounding, but that might depend on whether the sentiment in the rest of the market is looking up at all. If it loses those levels as well then I don't know where the bottom is, there's not really much to stop it from heading down towards April lows at 74k.

Now in times of uncertainty they do and in a peak clown-world fashion Leavitt presents doordash data as an economic indicator instead. Just a simple yes or no question: is this normal to you? Markets will pump anyway because the fed WILL cut the rates but if you don't see these people for what they are (incompetent buffoons) then you are a maga-pilled subhuman retard at this point
