Made out good on 2020 appreciation. Sold the house. Now in another property, $160k mortgage @ %4.6, and $250k liquidity newly kicking around. Should I DCA all this on index, btc, and rocks over the next 1-1.5yr? Anywhere else I should diversify?30 with nearly no expenses and 150k/yr income. Fuck j4nn1es
