I'm getting all kinds of extreme pressure from my family to find a job and keep getting accused of "only putting in 10% effort" although I've applied to around 100 jobs over the past month or so. It just isn't fair bros, I have a bachelor's and my previous job gave me 5 years of experience for reference.And no matter how I explain the job market situation, I get blasted for "making excuses." There's seriously no winning in this abysmal economy.
My company isnt hiring new grads. and definitely not white zoomers (bad for diversity metrics)its indians or AI.
