So Oracle announced $500 billion of performance obligation to the likes of META and MSFT, and NVDA but what is NVDA buying and why? Can someone elaborate on what services NVDA would be buying from Oracle? Seems like vendor financing with NVDA giving Oracle money for them to buy GPUs from NVDA either that or they're buying services on behalf of another entity like OpenAI
