It's literally just "how expensive does ARAMCO want to make oil right now." They're loose at the moment and that means oil is cheap. At the drop of the hat they could restrict supply (as they tend to) and it would shoot back up.There is enough supply available to make oil $1/gallon again, they just don't want to. This is why oil was the greatest play of the COVID dump, it was 1,000% guaranteed to rocket back within the year. Should have gone tits up leverage.
