I'm a fitness model (aesthetic bodybuilder) not the bloated kind of body, but the old traditional aesthetics type of physique All the money I make is not from selling what I actually do, which is lifting heavy weights 4-5 days a week, tracking calories & macros, weighing individual foods I eat on a kitchen scale, doing cardio, taking certain "supplements" and sleep a lot for recovery. If I tried selling this, nobody would buy it. But I make tons of money selling bullshit programs like where I claim they can look like me by working out at home without any gym or weights for 10 minutes a day, doing some useless bodyweight only workout at home, and I make a lot of money doing that.It seems the vast majority of people, Im talking 99%+ would prefer to pay for bullshit than pay for the actual truth and reality of what actually works. Now I understand how Musk got so rich, he is basically the worlds biggest bullshitter selling what people want to believe is the truth & possible.
