Hello new frens, any questions about getting into stacking?
>>
>>61477804
There wasn't one, because they figured out how to inflate without people knowing, by ensuring only asset prices went up. The goycattle are told to only care about the CPI, never mind that nobody can afford a home while billionaires keep getting richer. Covid was an anomaly for them since politicians insisted on locking down and giving everyone free money, which drove up the CPI. The Fed knows better than to let the masses get hold of much freshly printed money.

They'll try to repeat 2008, but the problem is that each time you try to reinflate the bubble it takes way more inflation to do it. That's why I think that this time around the only realistic possibility is hyperinflation. Printing money is their solution to all problems, they'll never stop until USD bills are worth less than toilet paper.

I will tell you exactly what will happen. This next year is the turning point. They will print like nothing before. They will cause war. They will cause civil strife. BUT silver will outpace the printing. Silver has so many mechanisms that held it back that it will easily go to triple digits next year and quadruple digits going forward. They will kick the can down the road just long enough to cause internal and external conflict. This does two things.

1. It gives them a reason to print money

2. It gives them a reason to revalue gold later.

Revaluation of gold is necessary if the chicken swingers want to retain power. All the new laws they are trying to shaft every nation's people with are no coincidence all at the same time. They need people to depend on the government or else their gay cbdc won't work. But they have realized that not nearly enough people will comply with it. So their next plan then is to produce a semi fiat currency where they can control as much metals as possible. They will certainly try to make stackers seen in a bad light but will ultimately fail. This is all happening in the next 24 or so months. They actually don't have a can to kick down the road anymore, it has been repossessed.

I own a house. It's a nice feeling for the first couple years, but then reality sets back in. You never really own it. The bank owns part. The local government owns it. The national government owns it. The tax man owns it. Your insurance company owns it. Your utility companies own it. Your wife owns it. Your kids own it. Anyone that sues you owns it.

all you really own are the costs and repairs. Don't get me wrong, it beats renting. But it's not as grand as I imagined.

Hey lads, been a while since I posted any scores but this was an unusually good one worth showing off. It's a 385 gram antique German 12 Loth (.750 silver) Tea caddy/casket from the 1870s or so with locking lid and a little silver key that I found at a church thrift shop for $10. I polished it up and got the lock working perfectly, it has some dents I need to get peened out but is a fuggin awesome constitutional silver repository. Happy hunting frens, the cheapies are getting harder to find but they're still out there!

I'm pretty sure globohomo are out of options.

Best idea for team USA is to run high inflation to inflate the debt away. This will also reduces the purchasing power of USD thus making US manufacturing competitive again. If you have fixed income like social security or treasury bonds, you get screwed.

However this is not possible so long as USD remains the global reserve currency. The only solution is to use gold & silver instead for settling international trade, freeing the USD from its exorbitant burden (previously described as "exorbitant privilege")

It’s become really hard lately, they have gotten really good at sniffing out the sterling and pricing it right. Especially the big Jew run places like goodwill. Look up a hallmark guide, it’s pretty easy to figure out what’s what. The main thing you are looking for is EPNS on the back which is electro plated nickel steel, if you see that just forget about it. You can also generally see what’s plated trash straight away because the plating is coming off and it looks fucked. You can test with magnets, magnet will stick to plated but not sterling. If you find something you are pretty certain on pull up the hallmark guide on your phone and identify it. If you can’t identify the hallmarks but are pretty sure it’s sterling just buy it anyway who gives a shit about five or ten bucks.

In the last six months I have stopped at every second hand and antique shop that I went past and found a grand total of one (1) sterling soup spoon so don’t get too excited.

>How can I tell if it's plated or sterling silver?
If it's stamped "STERLING" then it's good, if it isn't marked sterling (or not properly marked in accordance with the various hallmarking conventions used internationally) then it's just plated. 95% of the silver items in the US is sterling with really obvious unambiguous "STERLING" marks, usually on the bottom/backside or handles so if you're a burger that's all you really need to know, it takes autism to understand stuff like the archaic Germanic Loth system in use when that silver tea caddy was made but it does help me recognize good stuff that most people overlook. You probably won't find much in antique shops though because of all the boomer competition, I recommend looking for IRL estate sales in dead peoples' homes, showing up before opening on the first day and searching them for silver and gold jewelry, I do very well at estate sales when I'm there before other scrappers
>>
>>61478071
If it’s plated it will often say *quadruple* or some effect denoting how many times it was dipped.
>>
>>61478043
How rarely do they summon debtors to get their wages garnished? Is it mostly a bluff to keep people scared?
>>61477821
QE was never intended to fix the economy, a bank's reserves and their ability to extend credit have not been inherently linked in decades. They only pointed to ((krugman)) and co. to make their ponzi scheme seem legitimate.
>>61478054
It's either this or a completely unprecedented, and successful, re-industrialization scheme.
>>61478068
>reduce purchasing power of USD, thus making US manufacturing competitive again
I don't think this would change much, we've designed the world economy to have the endeavors with the highest profit margins under our direct management.
Many more changes would have to be made to drag the country back to lower profit industries, and keep them there.
>>
And for the three baggies here that do have more than 1000 ounces,,,,lmao you will owe up to 50% tax when you sell even if it's only an inflationary (not real) gain..... lmao,,,no refunds

It's the ramsey show, so he's supposed to have decades behind him and be actually good at what he does, but he advises the standard 15% boomer investment strategy where you only invest 15% of your income.
So some guy calls in, makes 90k as a household, and turns out his whole household invests less than me when I make 1/2 his income. That's pathetic, that's a significantly above-average household and he's investing as much as is achievable by some brokie working for minimum wage living with his mom. He also advises moving out of your parent's house as soon as possible because you're "not really independent" if you don't move out or something.

It's odd advice unless you're planning to go no-contact eventually. So much money down the drain needlessly that could at least be saved for medical matters, for the child and their parents as they age. Again, unless you're planning on going no-contact and not caring what happens to them ever.

Jamie Dimon and Dave Ramsay are gatekeepers to good advice. The central bankers of the world do not want people making sound decisions and they need talking heads to obfuscate information.

My financial advisor even quoted Jamie when talking about me going all into physical silver. And I told him this "hasn't he been wrong about every single thing he has predicted?" To which my friend laughed because it's true. He has shit predictions and in fact if you do the opposite of whatever he says you usually come out on top.

As for Ramsay he is a gatekeeper for profound wealth. He gives normgroids the programming they need to exist in the system as it was intended to i.e a debt slave. He tells people to get out of debt, sure, but gives the most asinine advice to do it. Meanwhile when I started stacking it was 6 or so dollars and ounce and I have made way more than I ever did betting on the stock market. I even dabbled in emerging asian markets which requires a lot of red tape to do, and although was a good profit is nowhere near what silver has done. I remember selling off a rental property and buying silver with it. My so called friends and family said I would regret my decision at 18 an ounce silver. At 30 an ounce I kept having the same people tell me it will go back down. Around 40-50 they merely speculated that the market was due for a correction and this was normal. Once we hit 60 however, complete radio silence. Silence is deafening as they say. Many people in your lives don't actually like seeing you succeed (stacking silver) because it forces them to change their perspective about you and to intrinsically evaluate themselves (who didn't stacker). I remember many of my friends telling me to get my first home ASAP before it went too high. But I waited and paid it off in two lump sums. And then it really dawned on people that you don't really own anything until debt is paid.

Ramsay offers normies a way out to hope for a better life, dependant on wall st

>I think these shows are just entertainment
Goytertainment.
So many people are that financially illiterate that when they hear 15% invested every year = you get to retire at some point they're shocked and this is amazing information, particularly the Ramsey show is mostly about debt.
Yeah, it is really simple, but he's just so infuriatingly off on everything - not even saving 1/5th of your money for your future, his strategy is basically made with you working until 60 in mind.

I don't know how anyone could sit through an investment show that says
>If you're young just make as much money as you can, then work until you're 60 so you can retire!
It's just complete nonsense, but you also hear people calling in who do this exact thing for like 40 years and man, you could have done that in 20 or less and just lived your life free of work after.
>>61478170
It's high-earner / high-performer advice, it basically states that if you leave your parent's house you'll have the freedom to move to somewhere with a better job and you'll have greater motivation to find said job.
Just leave your family for a better job, bro. You actually hear this all the time now from the old people radio, but you also hear about terrible family situations where the kid doesn't help their parent, and you'll hear the guy advising some kids to NOT help their parents.

Silver's on the move again
>>
>>61477963
It really is just comfort at the end of the day
PM's can never drop to zero, they're just gonna sit there, they're gonna survive natural disasters and bank closures and anything else. They have nearly all of the benefits of holding cash, but are also an investment.
It's just a supreme level of comfort. Nobody sits around ready to cash out of the stock market to pay for some bills, but with silver you legitimately can just hold all of your fiat in silver and there's no problems there, if I needed to (I don't) I could buy a new roof or car or boiler tomorrow by just taking a car ride and liquidating a little.

At the end of the day it's humbleness, PM's force you to learn the fundamentals and work off them - and you come out of this knowing that you're basically invincible as long as you live below your means - and your "means" can just be whatever you want them to be.

>>
>>61478259
Its not complicated fren things are worth what people will pay for them,,,,, silver is worth more today than a year ago because a herd of idiots started buying it will go down when they start selling
>>
>>61478292
will they tho. If they have to pay tax on selling, get less than it's worth at local shops AND deal with rapid inflation.
Mind you thats the individual buying and not industrial sectors buying large quantities right now to stay stockpiled for later. I suppose we can also look at other countries purchasing our PM's due to them being a better deal than back home.
The price may lower relatively but Silver will not be going lower than 50 dollars any time soon. "your crypto" however will face actual economic collapse in face of a financial depression.

They have to take you to court first.
The only legal escape seems to be self-employment in a business without established clients (who can be summoned to garnish their payment to you. However, those kikes can also get a note from the judge allowing them to freeze and empty your bank accounts at will, multiple times, so you have to be a financial ghost.
Additionally, I read something about seizing property, but it was defined strangely; it's a seizure of your right to re-finance or sell that piece of property before submitting to them.

you didn't really analyse my post too hard. That's ok. English isn't your first language.
Price action will speak for itself. when crypto as a industry actually dies due to no utility during a depression level economic downturn and silver raises to combat inflation. Yes, you can put a lien on their property, my father did that to someone who owed money, it sat and accrued interest for decades until they wanted to sell the property and he got paid. That's what title companies look for

Arbeit macht frei, anon.

Anyways, in what ways can debtors successfully challenge a judgment?
If I'm leeching cozily at home with my parents, and don't have to use my homestead exemption, how could I maximize the value of my wildcard exemption?
I'm mostly finding examples of liens on homes and liens on property previously used as collateral. If you have neither, what else can they target? What methods do they have to force sales on liened property that the debtorchad decides to keep?

They can't touch my house because homestead exemption.

so yeah, they can't do much to me unless I go get a regular job.

I owe about $100k in judgments. I let them pile up for a few years and then declare bankruptcy on them. That wipes the debts, the judgments, the liens, all of it. Only downside is I can only own one house and 2 cars and never have more than $2500 in my bank account

Being a poorfag sucks ass, but being constantly robbed of your fruits of labor through inflation feels even worse, as it effectively makes the time and associated toil in this life increasingly worthless materially, unless you somehow outpace it by playing fiat currency ponzi schemes, which in turn feeds the fiat monstrosity. However, your pet rocks are always there for you, retaining and sometimes even increasing value. Precious metals have always been the answer for this problem, yet absolutely no one speaks of this in this europoor part of the world and I've been none the wiser. The truth has been hidden in plain sight.

Wish I had found /pmg/ earlier. Having come to these conclusions not much more than a month ago, I've arrived just in time to see silver having its liftoff moment, but not having enough monopoly money to take part in this 'happening' in any impactful way. Reinventing the wheel was just a waste of time and resources, but what can you do. Whatever plans I had for buying cheap numismatics just a week ago seem to be drying up already, as the landscape keeps shifting that fast. Yet the only way is forward. Hope all anons can make it in the times to come.

So you repeatedly accumulate credits and wipe the debts? That's an free money glitch... I kneel.
How did the chapter 7 liquidation process go for you? Does the homestead exemption protect only your house, or does it stop the trustee from selling the objects in it too?

Do they make you take the debtor education course every time you declare bankruptcy? It'd be funny if they paired you with the same teacher every time.

same way drug dealers get started by buying drugs and realizing they could sell them and pay for their habit.

but you're too stupid to understand business and think you're stopping anything by pointing out there's money to be made by selling coins. No shit. Lots of people here sell coins at least as much as we buy them.
>>

>I can't tell if you're a based scumlord, or if these are the financial techniques that all the rich people use

Richfags use bankruptcy all the time. In my country they spin up construction companies, build a bunch of dogshit quality homes to maximise profit, pay off the inspectors, if they ever get busted they just fold the company after all the profits have been funnelled elsewhere and then do it all over again.

not really. I'm self employed so some years I'm rich and some years I'm broke. It happens. When I go broke for too long I declare bankruptcy and start over.
>How did the chapter 7 liquidation process go for you?
this will be my 4th BK. In the past I lost one house, but nothing else. I lost that because I had 2 houses.
>Does the homestead exemption protect only your house, or does it stop the trustee from selling the objects in it too?
the homestead exemption only applies to the house. Other items could be sold but I don't have anything worth selling aside from work equipment which is exempt.
>Do they make you take the debtor education course every time you declare bankruptcy?
they do now. That's new. My first 3 BK's didn't have that requirement.
>Can the creditors push through that if they ever decided to force collection?
no that's a hard floor. If I have $2501 in my account my understanding is they can only take $1 and have to leave me the $2500

ebay takes 12.5% and then you have shipping
they also hold funds on new sellers for 30 days

but even that's better than 66%

you might check reddit, last I heard they had a p2p silver selling board there. Then you'd only have to pay postage and insurance if you want insurance.

Today I learned there are people who buy gold and silver instead of gold and silver ETFs. These people actually believe that when nukes fall, their gold coins will have any value. They believe that when the banks collapse, the gold in their safe deposit box will still be fungible. They believe that when the economy collapses, people will be trading gold and silver for food instead of just bartering.

>I can't tell if you're a based scumlord, or if these are the financial techniques that all the rich people use.
if you get rich you'll find people and companies will sue you all the time.

I've been sued literally hundreds of times. By employees, clients, vendors, utilities, banks, private citizens, random strangers, ex wives, girlfriends, the IRS, and lots of medical companies. All it takes is registering a business and making some money and you will get sued. Often bankruptcy is the best response to that. Fighting lawsuits costs a lot more and doesn't guarantee success. BK is a get out of debt free card for most stuff.

So how exactly does your lifestyle work: do you use your old contacts and experience to build up wealth from scratch, blowing it all to your heart's content until you go BK and restart the cycle? Are you putting every dollar above the $2500 limit into building houses in whatever other country you flee to? How else do you protect the assets besides your house and tools from the trustee?
>>61478623

>So how exactly does your lifestyle work: do you use your old contacts and experience to build up wealth from scratch, blowing it all to your heart's content until you go BK and restart the cycle?
sortof
I mostly work for the government and major mining corporations. I work in a very niche field without a lot of competition. So if I have to declare bankruptcy, my clients usually stay with my company right through the BK and then sign new contracts with me once the BK is done.

I'm not actually blowing money just to declare bankruptcy though. I have good years and bad years. During good years I travel the world and blow money like it's nothing. Bad years I eat ramen noodles and wait for the courts to wipe my debts.

Regarding protecting assets, 99% of my net worth is in my business, which creditors can't touch. So even if the trustee ordered my shit sold I'd just buy it back again a week later using my business as both collateral and repayment. But I don't own anything worth selling. I've never had a trustee order the sale of anything other than a house. And creditors don't show up to fight BK proceedings, so there's not a lot to protect. It's usually 3 hours of waiting and 15 minutes of answering questions. Not a big deal.

Gold closing in on $4,300 again.
>>
>>61478682
Mostly it comes down to a question of what you own that's worth selling. If I sold everything in my house right now I would make maybe $500

a trustee isn't going to sell everything I own for $500 against a $100k debt owed to 30 different creditors. They'd each get a hundred bux and the cost of auctioning my shit would probably be more than they'd make.

so yeah, the trustee could order the sale of everything I own, but they're not going to. I don't have anything valuable enough to even pay for the auction.

>How else do you protect the assets besides your house and tools from the trustee?
the other thing I would do if I had anything worth protecting is just place the ownership in a trust or corporation and get it out of my name and my control.

simple stuff. Beyond a certain point there's nothing to gain by having wealth in your own name. Hand it off to a lawyer or your kids or a corporation you made. Whatever you need to do to protect it. But that's a case of giving stuff away in order to keep it. If I sign something over to another entity I don't really own it anymore. And that is a valid strategy. I don't need to own everything I have directly. It's often better if I don't own stuff because then it can't be taken away from me. I get to enjoy it, profit from it, but don't actually own it.

Those dealers are going to close shop when gold hits $10,000 and silver is at $500. They aren’t going to be waiting with open arms for incels to come swap their 600 ounce silver stacks for 30 ounces of gold a pop.

They’ll probably start closing up at $200 silver regardless of the ratio. No reason to risk getting robbed and shot in the fucking face when you can go retire.

Ignore the Queen of metals at your peril /biz/ just a few ounces, hold silver, but for the love of god hold an ounce or two of gold, it too is going to have a breakout of historic proportions and the reason you aren’t hearing about it is because central banks are working by stealth right now.

Is there a definitive way to buy silver in the UK? Obviously VAT at 20% for physical silver, and CGT unless they are Britannias. Could have Britannias vaulted offshore to escape both taxes, but as I understand there is a huge premium to buy Britannias above spot price which isn't recoverable when you sell (could be wrong?)
Bought a couple of gold sovereigns the other day with them being fully tax exempt, wish it could be that straightforward for silver

We're experiencing a perfect storm for silver. It will go to $100 before it goes back to $30.
>INDUSTRIAL SILVER BUYERS ARE ABOUT TO PANIC

>For years, manufacturers viewed silver as a plentiful industrial input.
>At $20–$40/oz, they could delay purchases, shop around, and assume supply was always available.
> That mindset is now breaking.
>At $60+, a psychological shift is happening on factory floors and in procurement offices.
> They’re realizing:
>Annual demand already nearly equals mine supply.
>Above-ground inventories are tight and largely owned by ETFs, not industry.
>New mines take 5–10 years to permit and build.

>What comes next:
>Panic inventory building — buying ahead, not just in time.
>Strategic off-take deals and equity investments in miners to secure future supply.
>Bidding wars for physical metal between tech, solar, auto, and defense contractors.

>This is operational demand — where lack of silver means halted production lines.
>That creates a price-insensitive, urgent buyer that doesn’t appear on speculative charts.

>The Bottom Line:
>When industrial users shift from just-in-time to just-in-case buying, the silver market will experience a demand shock unlike any in decades. The clock is ticking.
