I've had an idea for a business, but I need a loan and a business plan. I live in the Midwest, and we salt the roads in winter. Winter rests cars. What I would like to do is buy a couple laser cleaners and rent garage space with lifts and sell an undercoating service. I do have a space located that would be perfect and is a block away from my home. The issue is, I have no idea about writing a business plan. What can I do to learn?
Maybe go to a park space and ask 100 people if they would use this service. Inform yourself how it works. If at least 10% would use this service and you figured out it surely will work go for it

Then ask it to criticise and poke holes in it and what a bank might ask and how you can prove value etc. You will need solid data and projections not just hit and hope metrics. How much of a loan are you looking for?You can also arrange a meeting with the bank and ask them for feedback before you submit an actual application, which would be a solid bet.

>>61492204Check out Business Model canvas and fill one out. That is a bare minimum framework where you can think about the most important basics
Just buy a car wash that already does this and that people have already been trained to use instead of some random bozos garage that will have the whole neighborhood pissed at you when a line starts forming.
